Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our stay at this hotel was far from what was advertised. There were multiple serious issues that made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating: 1. The parking area was filthy—full of garbage, cow dung, and an unbearable smell. 2. Elevators were not working, which was a major inconvenience. 3. The AC remote didn’t work; we had to use our own batteries to make it functional. 4. No complimentary water bottles were provided in the room. 5. The geyser didn’t work, and we were forced to take cold showers. 6. Bed sheets and blankets were old, worn out, and not fresh. 7. The balcony was in terrible condition—bird droppings, dust, and clearly not cleaned in a long time. 8. Towels were not provided initially. When requested, we were told only one towel is given per room—even though the booking was for two guests. 9. Several common areas were unusable due to thick dust and poor maintenance. 10. No toiletries were provided. 11. The actual condition of the hotel was the complete opposite of what was shown in the photos online. This place clearly lacks proper upkeep and basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

Very bad experience we have, rude staff no basic amenties are there, hotel looks like oyo. Uncleaned room & washroom. We are struggling for the water. We observed that lots of people take the refund from that day.

Got a room used by staff in very pathetic conditions, with dirty covers and blankets and with some disgusting things in the drawer, also there was no water available in the morning

No doubt that the property was at a good location and quite good from outside but was in its worst condition. No maintenance could be seen inside the property. Garbage spread all over common area ie. cafeteria well (rooftop)and the entrance to the property could be seen. The property was stinking till the third floor. Hoping to get my money refunded as neither we stayed at the property nor we checked in after seeing property’s condition.

Disrespectful staff no hygiene

The food was bad and the whole service was very poor and the hotel reception used to abuse words in the morning.. whole night bathroom water problem and nobody help on this.

The property was very dirty, no water to drink, under staffed

no management at all, no one was there to co-ordinate. not able to use bathroom or washroom due to no water and no cleanliness.

My wife had visited Rishikesh and i had booked this stay by its reviews She reached the day of Holi 14th March. The people who were already staying there didn't check out of the property because of holi and to worst even the management didn take any action for it since everyone were high on alcohol and other stuffs. My wife was given the the room at midnight into another property beside this one with no water supply. When she asked for the refund as well she was denied for that as well and was asked to move out if she's not comfortable here Absolutely pathetic and horrible stay and management. Strict action must be taken against them and this place should not be allowed for any online bookings

we stayed in a dorm but the quality of dorm is not good

hotel looks good but actual mai nhi tha... lift thi but chlti nhi thi, cafe tha but clean nhi tha games the but ball ur dice nhi the, wifi tha but chlta nhi tha, rooms the but clean nhi the, hotel tha but manager nhi tha... bohot kuch ho skta tha but nhiii tha disappointed.

The worst experience we had in this property there was no security we have face robery in hotel our door lock was braken nd we had loss like some cash , jwellery nd more . they dont have service in hotel no water no welcome kit no towels nothing they have but they have only photos no cleaniness bad smell like sevrage block all over too bad worst worst cheap quality products they have like bedsheet , matress ,pillow all over zero

They did not have proper water supply and also were told that they could not serve the quantity of food after 50 mins of ordering.

When we went room was not alloted, even we booked earlier. Room was dirty, no hot water, When we complained also no one came to clean. Finally end up in cleaning ourselves. Our second room key they didn't not given. We booked room with Balcony, Balcony was very dirty. They didn't clean that also.

Very bad experience

There was no water supply there in the washroom, even complained at the reception but still the issue was not resolved.

Our stay was terrible, room was not good, bedsheets were stinking, bathrooms were unclean used sanitary pads were kept. Towel and soap were provided in the night after asking twice. No attendants were there to solve issues and the most important adharcard verification not done.

Good location and room. Some amenities were not working properly but the room and bed itself was quite comfortable. Helpful staff as well
