Our two-night stay at Terrakotta Hotel Rishikesh was truly a blissful experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional food. The hotel's restaurant, Monsoon by Terrakotta, offers a diverse menu with delicious options for every palate1. We were consistently impressed by the quality and flavor of each dish we tried. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy, offering a wide selection of both Indian and continental options that started our days on a perfect note19. The staff at Terrakotta truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made our stay memorable. Special mention must be made of Pankaj, the receptionist, whose helpfulness and kindness stood out. He was always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request or inquiry we had, making us feel truly valued as guests. Even the gatekeeper demonstrated the hotel's commitment to hospitality, greeting us politely each time we entered or left the property. This level of courtesy from every staff member we encountered contributed significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms at Terrakotta are well-appointed and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Rishikesh2. The hotel's location in Tapovan is convenient, just a short walk from Laxman Jhula and the Ganges1. While the lane leading to the hotel is narrow, this minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the excellent service, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations16. stay was terrible. hotel staff was not at all accommodating. wifi didn’t work for 3 days i was there. room pictures are deceptive and the rooms are way too small. restaurant’s coffee machine didn’t work for two days and when it got repaired, we weren’t even informed. breakfast was included in my stay but they’re so understaffed that it took them 15 minutes to bring an omelette. i asked for ginger tea at which they said that’s not included in breakfast and i’ll have to pay more. i went during winter so needed a hair oil but shockingly they refused…the entire hotel didn’t have hair oil and they refused to even send a guy saying everyone is busy. it was raining so we asked if they can provide as an umbrella at which they said they have none. basic stuff like hot water was also not properly available. had to ask them to come and check why there’s no hot water in the bathroom. this is an aesthetically pleasing hotel run by inexperienced, untrained and inhospitable staff.

Toilet was full of bad smell, they do not even have room freshener to clear the smell, housekeeping staff forgot to lock your room post cleaning, no housekeeping staff in the night, very less staff options in the night, no views from the room, very less amenities in the room.. also the location of hotel is quite far from main road..at the price they are selling the room there will be many other hotels with much better facilities

Well maintained property. A great place to stay in the tapovan area. Professional staff, really liked staff as very helpful. Overall ambience is good. The rooms are well done and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a narrow gully. But the food is excellent and the stay comfortable. Staff are courteous. I was especially impressed by vikesh bist and neeraj bhandari who made sure i had a good hearty breakfast. Would highly recommend the place.

I recently stayed at terrakotta rishikesh i had a pleasant experience the staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful the food at the hotel was delicious and well prepared dishes and more variety in the menu breakfast, better experience

it was a very comfortable stay, the place is clean and well managed, staff is welcoming and smiling 😊 i loved the 4th floor yoga practice facility, complete with all accessories for yoga sessions and a serene backdrop of the ganges.

at rishikesh hotel terrakkota 1-abiance was good 2- staff and people were also helfull 3-food quality was not good at all & iwill never go back to this hotel. no choice of food at morning breakfast ,it was 👎🏻 before going to this hotel who are breckfast lover do not go to this hotel

Everything about this place is perfect, the vibe, ambience, food and even the service.

One of the best properties that I've stayed in. The food, the people, the property all were top notch. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The best part of the stay was the food. No cafe/restaurant in Rishikesh can match the food we had here. We stayed for two days and all our requests were entertained by the staff. The standards and services are like a 5-star hotel. We went to Rishikesh for our pre-wedding shoot and the staff was more than happy to accommodate some of our shoot at the property also. Date night shots and bon-fire were arranged by the property. It was the best experience we had.

Property is located very close to the lakshman jhula. But rishikesh as a town has very small roads and parking is precarious. This property from inside is exactly how it looks in the photos. Everything is very clean and neatly maintained. The food here was amazing. My only put off was that the parking area is not exactly at the property.

Hotel terrakotta is a new property opened 2 to 3 months back. Well crafted, well managed. Courteous staff. Restaurant staff is very caring and food here is really amazing

the hotel being a relatively new boutique hotel definitely passed the cleanliness and upkeep factor . however better planning of guest check ins can be desired as inspite of being late on our day of arrival , we were made to wait a while before we got our room. it was still under process of being cleaned we were told. this minor glitch was compensated over the course of our stay with their extremely warm and prompt hospitality, be it at their restaurant or in room house keeping. special mention to sohan ji & ravi ji for their forthcoming hospitality in fulfilling all our gourmet demands and keeping us happily fed 😊

Everything was amazing at this hotel. It is in back drop of main market laxman jhula but still very quiet. Rooms are wow with all modern facilities and food is very balanced and delicious. You can have quiet relaxed and peaceful time.
