Hotel vyas is terrible i do request for everyone never stay in this third class hotel

This guy booked a family sharing non ac room from mm t site in which we already clearly mention that room was family sharing non ac room and demanding us to give him a ac room how it is possible and he booked room for only 3 person and when he enter in a hotel he say we are 4 person and want to see the room and we say OK and saw him a room. After booking no body see first room just check in a room. After that we say we give you a extra mattress that will be chargeable only rs 500 and he say we don't give any charge any where we go we don't give any charge it will be cost free and that period he booked that was very rush we have no rooms if any ac room available then we give him with extra charges because he booked a price of non ac family sharing room. It was worst experience. Staff was very rude. They even don't give 5 mins extra for check out. No facility in room. Charges too high.

Wastage of money. I had booked a deluxe family room for 4 people. They had customized the room to earn more. They have divided the room into two room by a mattress(pic attached) with sharing washroom. Service is too poor.

**** hotel nobody should go there it's a converted home into hotel but facilities are nil no waiter is there and make my trip is also cheating their guest. We should stop to use this site there is no customer care do that you can registered your complaint it's a **** site charging more and burst quality. Goibio is better and there is direct customer care for dicsusdion on any issue experience never go to this hotel
