Terrible Stay
Pathetic! the room service and hygiene was terrible. For taking bath they gave other guest's bathroom since our room geyser was not working. Bedsheets bathroom was so stinky almost unbearable. They didnt change the room also.

We want to clear that before check in we check the room twice and linen, Room,washroom were completely clean and odour free. You dropped team on bed and we changed the linen but you posted pictures of cleaning time. Geyser problem you faced was resolved within 10 mins as you mentioned we gave you another available room to use washroom for hot water. You enjoyed your complementary breakfast with your spouse which we offered you to make sure that we want you to enjoy your stay with us. But after all the effort we did to make you comfortable and happy at our property but you were asking for a full refund which is not in our cancellation policy and we denied, then you left a bad review for us. Thank you again for staying with us and we will be happy to assist you again here in our property. We will put more efforts to give you a pleasant stay.

We have changed the door and actually it was broken by the guest checked in just one day before you and we didn’t get the time to change it as you had check in very next day but if you would have informed about flush problem we would have resolve that at the same time as we have our in house plumber with us 24x7. The location is good near some great cafés The room size and food was also good. The rooms were not clean and were not maintained well. Had to ask for housekeeping 4 times in the day

Too expensive for the services
familyInstead of mountain view there was construction site view and price charged was way too high than the services provided. Plus breakfast buffet was a disappointment with very limited options and quality of food was below average

Great experience. Staffs are very amicable. Breakfast is nice. Try the sprouts. Only piece of advice is that they could provide a footwear.

Average hotel
soloThis is a small boutique hotel in tapovan on a 2. 2metres width ganga path leading to laxman zula. There are many hotels on the same strech. The room' which i took was with view and i stayed here for 1 night. Rooms were quite clean and ok. Food is not up to the mark. I ordered veg biryani in room service and it was hopelessly bad. Walking through the narrow lanes to laxman zula and the ganga river front was very interesting.

The stay was decent, location was apt, hotel was okay, but the hospitable made up for the lack of quality of the stay. The staff wqs excellent while solving the issues and taking care of the guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price offered.

Room was very compact
Paying 3k per night and that is for a very small room is not worth it, the staff was very helpful. Location was good

Excellent stay
Very good stay with clean and hygienic room. The satffs were very sweet and helping. The property is reasonable for even student travelers.
