Hotel was good 👍 neat and clean...staff behaviour accha h, location bhi acchi hai, but restaurant ab utna accha nhi hai

Not very pleasant stay location was not really good basic sanitary and amenities was not there food was normal

dental kits are not available, kettle not available as shown at the time of booking, The pillow and cover is very dirty. location is very weird. The food quantity is very less and not clean food at the time of serving not as per expectations

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a Suite Queen Bed with City View room with AC, but they gave me a small non-AC room with no window at all. We stayed for three nights, and there was no housekeeping provided during our stay. The staff were not polite, and the service was very poor. They also charged a 10% service fee on food bill, which was completely unjustified given the experience. Please don’t believe the property photos shown — the rooms look nothing like the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was good. Room was spacious and also parking was added advantage . Also, rooftop cafe was nice live music was also there along with Mountain View

Location is ok . Near to Lakshmi jhula ghaat and Market . Staff shortage in hotel . Not an single food tasted in hotel due to delay . No lift for upper floors . Need to force Hotel staff for Genreal services .

Food was good however I found a hair in the soup.. Location wise good.. There were stain in the pillow covers, bathroom had a very bad smell, and it does not get closed from outside.

The location is good, centrally located in tapovan, ghat is near at walking distance. Room is decent with clean sheets and bathroom and has a balcony as well. Hotel’s keepers respond quickly to any query. It was a good stay for me.

Its a good stay, just the timing of cafe inhouse closing is weird as they close during lunch hours. And if the route to get to the hotels gets made, it’d be perfect

Stay at hotel was really good. It’s located near to all important places in Rishikesh. Special thanks to Shankar Jauhri for making the stay comfortable. He was really helpful during the stay.

Location was close to Ganges and Lakshman Jhula. Rooms were cozy and rooftop cafe was goo. Food served at the cafe was good and the ambience was very good.

Horrible location. Lot of filth and slush outside the hotel which has no wall.Reception area is so bad it is better to say nothing. No lift.Worst room service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, there was a horrendous smell that made it difficult to stay inside. The lamp was broken, the floor was visibly dirty, and to make matters worse, I was given the wrong room despite my prior booking. Overall, it was far below basic standards of cleanliness and service. I do not recommend staying here.

The property is not a place to stay very poor property. Not the place you want to stay with your family
