Hotel Paayal

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the owner told there is a plumbing work going on and bathroom were unusable for first day. Room were not much comfortable

It was a terrible experience, no hygiene in blankets and floor, the lavatory is uncleaned, staff behavior is not soo good with booking

The only good thing is proximity to the bus stand. Room was average bedsheets had stains. Ac was covered by windows and as i was staying alone i could not open the window as it opened into tha hallway

The hotel staff is very humble and friendly they also helped my group to book rafting tickets and we really enjoyed our stay at hotel

That was good. With an executive person. Mr deepanshu. Manner was good. Have taken my concern very much seriously and sorted it out in a few minutes. Appreciated his effort. Thanks

Very bad, price was not justified. We booked 4 bed room but only 3 beds were there. Not up to the mark.

The room provided was too small and without any intercom facilities. The stay was bad experience.

Very nice hotel and good staff, location is very nice. Food is very testy, i am very impressed this hotel.

Good stay, easy to approach, good food, staff was ok, but not as i was expecting. It could be because lack of hospitality.

The photos for the hotel was deceiving. Due to this, we ended up cancel-ling our plan as the hotel did not feel safe to stay at and we couldn’t find any other stay. I don’t have images

I had visited this hotel in peak season and booked dorm for 6 people. There was no locker nor any cupboard. There was no ac and washroom was also very small. Price was economical but pictures of dorms are not uploaded do visit this place.

very very bad experience, i don't recommend anyone to book this hotel. They don't have manners. stupid and rude people at hotel staff. Toilet weren't even Clean. Beds are like flat mattress.

अड्रेस गूगल पर लक्ष्मण झुला तपोवन का आता है पर होटल ISBT ऋषिकेश के पास है हम 5 km आगे चले गए गूगल मैप के हेल्प से कोई भी होटल नही खोज पायेगा

No intercom facility for reception. Bathroom was not properly clean. I was provided a mobile number for room service which was not in use. Overall, i was disappointed.

Booking hotel by direct visit they said only rupees i booked for rupees. There is no attached bathroom for single bed room which they didn't mention

The price and the facility didn’t match. The rooms are very small and the washroom is too small.

The room was very small and have only one very small washroom. In that small room, 11 people are staying as cattle. For 11 people, there is only very small washroom. Also, there is no cupboard to keep your luggage. They provided me a very small bed.

Room wasn't hotel type. That was a guest house which is very worst in terms of bedsheet, blanket was also torn. And when we asked owner for water he said everything will be charged even for ac, towel, water etc. And washroom was so unhygienic. Like a bus stand toilet. Used soap was present at washroom. And no new soap, towel was present. I think i had wasted my money over that rum. I came out in earlier morning
