Dear Jayanti Bhai, Thank you for your review. As check out at 10am and after that it takes 2 to 3 hours to clean and sanitize the apartment of 700 sqft with kitchen so is the 2 pm check in time. In Hills, public transport to the door step isn't feasible. Team Yogvan
