Too good atmosphere and location

We hv a pathetic experience at Aloha Apartments. -apartments were not maintained ...no cleanliness,no service ,filthy toilets,we were not even allowed to order from hotel restaurant n no services were from Hotel side ...if these apartments r not a part of Hotel why this so called Aloha name is attached to it n why it is in Hotel premises if it is run by private Caretakers, it is d responsibility of Hotel to look after it , completely ruined our trip i will never suggest anyone to go for Aloha n Aloha apartments...If there is an option of giving rating in minus I would have rated it -5 ....

very good property with lavish gqnga look from room balcony you can see all day Ganga look. pool is owsam. must visit family property safe and secure with good parking . food is very expensive.

Tasty Food, property location was excellent , amenities are very good, staff is very supportive, live music was too good.

We booked this property aloha on the ganges thru mmt the property is good from outside and location but the service apartments were not so clean and hygienic there is rat infestation as some fruits were eaten by them partially this issue was highlighted to the caretakers but nothing was done to combat this as this happened twice during our stay. Bathrooms and kitchen were not so clean that they required them to be more hygienic

Property location is good because it is situated inside the premises of aloha resort. However, housekeeping needs to be taken care of. Although basic facilities are given inside the two bhk apartment but one tv is not operational. In one room bed needs to be repaired because it is not in good condition and maybe broken at any time. Wash room drainage system is somewhat choked. Otherwise it is good for stay during holiday day vacation with family.

Property need deep cleaning as there were lots of instects on the floor and was coming to the bed. Kitchen utinsales were broken and dirty. Fridge condition was not good. Property really need a renovation and good care.

Full marks for location full marks for size n amenities minus marks for cleanliness, the bathrooms require some maintenance n there were many insects there. There is a lack of clarity on the appartments, as one thinks that they are part the hotel. The appartments are not part of the aloha by the ganges, there are hotel rooms n there are appartments on the higher floors, which are like air b n b. There is a care taker mr biren, who is very helpful. The appartments guests can only dine in a buffet restaurant and others are not for them. Swiggy delivery is till the gate then care taker or the guests have to go n collect it. It's good for a family who plan to stay for a few days n also cook on the spot.

Main resort and apartments are in same place but treatment is different. Stay in resort type with normal facilities.

Apartment was not maintained by owner. Condition of the road near hotel is very poor. Staff was not supportive. Only positive point is the view from balcony

The stay was terrible as the rooms were not clean. The facilities like kitchen and utensils were unclean

Overall property as well maintained and has a charming ambiance that sets it apart. However i must express some disappointment regarding the cleanliness in the room and the functionality of the amenities. Furniture was old and sub standard. Wooden flooring was ill maintained and broken. My daughter and wife were hurt twice due to the wooden flooring. Furthermore, i encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit in the room. It was making an incessant noise throughout the night disrupting my sleep and causing considerable discomfort. I even sent the video to the care taker and owner but nobody replied to my concerns. Even the basic toiletries were missing like toothpaste and towels. We were not given only 4 towels initially for a total of 7 members staying at the property. Really disappointed.

Accommodation was dirty and very unhygienic. No one there for service, not even porter available. Will never suggest to anyone.

Very good place to stay and more over it have so so beautiful views best pool, best garden, and the most important thing hospitality is very good

Zero maintenance of property, highly costly, poor toiletries, infrastructure broken, uncleaned, ro wasn’t working, electricity went off for long in night. One cannot enter local restaurant patio if he’s staying in apartment. Geysers were not working for hot water. Even the view which is shown in the booking is not given.

Overall good stay, pleasant experience, the apartment was clean and tidy, the view from the balcony was mesmerising

Great location, nice amenities, neat, clean and comfortable linens. All basics in place topped by great food and gaming zones.

Only view point is ok but no hospitality dirty toilets, smelly rooms, no cleanness at this package not satisfactory at all.

This property exhibited signs of aging and maintenance issues, particularly in regards to hygiene. Despite promising images, the reality fell short, leaving much to be desired. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony view, but overall, the experience was disappointing….
