The place was neat, and location was awesome. Staff conduct was not satisfactory. They collected our luggage and kept it in room on our arrival but they dint come when we checked out even after calling them to collect our luggage. Otherwise it was wonderful experience

Room had cockroaches. After informing the management, we were offered rooms which had a) adjacent room undergoing construction b) room having paint/ polish smell evening aarti was good and latitude food was good too. But rooms are quite expensive and facilities are not upto the mark. 1

Dear Kriti, It was pleasure hosting you. Sorry about cockroach incident for which we not even got pest control spray done but also as rightly said , we offered to move you other apartment and showed you not one but two rooms in similar category what you booked. Your pricing was 3500- per night post discount and promotion we were running that day and surprised even at that price point you stated it was expensive . You asked for upgrade to river suite room which is our premium room catoegry as you spotted an cockrage, which was not fair and we were unable to offer you that. You also requested for ballon arrangement in you room which we obliged for your room. At this price point staying at 4 star property with three side river view , if you found room was expensive then we apologies but it’s unfair to put review because we refused and free upgrade. Thanks.
