Not at all happy with the stay here. Make my trip should check the quality of supply in these places. Booked this room at a price equivalent to a good 4* and got very disappointed. Very dirty washrooms and linen. Didn’t like the stay at all

Dear sir room heater was not described at our facility. If you had asked us, we would have provided the service on a paid basis. Our rooms are airy and full of mountain views. The hotel is new also. We endeavor to give pleasant feelings to our guests. Nevertheless, we apologize for your inconvenience. Next time you will get a room heater but you will have to pay for it separately, thank you.
