We had a comfortable stay at yogvan holiday apartment. It was a very well maintained 1bhk as mentioned in the description with spacious bedroom, washroom and hall. It additionally had a balcony with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, utensils, microwave, water purifier, chimney, refrigerator, etc. The bedroom had tv, wifi, air conditioner and a portable heater. The geyser in the washroom was connected to the wash basin tap as well which was helpful as we visited during winter (january. The care taker and owner were available and friendly. Location wise this apartment is uphill from the main road which was slightly inconvenient as most of the rickshaws did not agree go this way (not an issue if you are traveling by cab to this place.
