Location is fine. Rooms are ok. Staff behaviour should be improved. Overall fine if you are looking for a budget hotels

Well the property is nice. They sent us a location which was somewhere on the mountains. It took 40 minutes to figure out the hotel and not sure how many steps of trekking. The service provider can be apt wish.

Location is good, very near to Laxman Khula, food is average as you will get selective options, service is ok.

Decent hotel rooms in main location. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Restaurant can easily tend to most meals. The food quality is average.

Everything was perfect. Food was amazing, very tasty. But we had Gulab jamun which was costly per piece. And size was very small of that Gulab jamun.

Staff was incompetent, gave us a very dirty quilt. When asked him to change it he just brought a cover and changed it that too he just put the cover inside out. Won't recommend this hotel

The hotel was good including rooms, cleanness but the staff and food was not satisfactory. I personally advise to management to work had on service and staff.

Terrible room and bathroom not as described in site photos, power supply is not frequently. Staff is very ill behavioured, I'll suggest that don't book this hotel if you don't want to waste your money. Thanks and regards.

Hotel service was pathetic. Room service was not only rude but instead I had to call and went myself to get services.

3 hotel but they didn't give tea/coffee maker, no room heater. The rooms are good but only for two people. One bed facilities available.

Location on the main road with no view of hill river, in cleanliness dust in chairs and corners of room, service was terrible response and no food varieties, small room with descent facilities.

Stayed in this hotel earlier. Very nice hotel on Main Road. Expecting little improvement in service, especially Restaurant. Although they have lift but it is not operational. A big problem for elderly persons. A recommend anyone this hotel for nice stay.

They don't provide you toiletries and towels unless asked for. Room service was also not efficiently executed. The heater is a major problem in winters there as we had to rooms and extra bed was only provided on the floor ehich was really bad

Room was clean and good view point on back of the hotel. I recommend this hotel to stay, I have vacated hotel little late rather than usual check out time, hotel people accepted late check out. Please remember you have to pay Gst at hotel, we have to know about it
