The Leisure Cave Premier, Rishikesh

They have a Spa running I paid 1000 for the spa and a person did not even did anything even for 10seconds and moved out when asked for refund said can't refund also a lady was rude said if u r rich then pay more 1000 and gave the scanner to pay more freely putting a question on a financial status rooms were very smelly due to heavy moisture but the main staff was polite but could t help to refund the amount

It was good experience.Hotel is located near to laxman and ram jhula. Good hospitality and staff is helful.

I had a wonderful stay at this property.Rooftoop pool with mountain view was the best part of my stay It was amazing.Staff was very helpful

I recently had the misfortune of staying at The Leisure cave premier , which was booked through MakeMyTrip. After spending a considerable amount of money, I was shocked to find that the room lacked basic toiletries. The room had a foul odor, and the washroom was not cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the quilt on the bed was torn. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Instead, consider opting for a dharmshala or dormitory, which might offer better value for money. MakeMyTrip's service also fell short of expectations, as they failed to ensure the quality of the hotel. Cleanliness is an issue, worst stay ever. AC was noisy, window and gate locks were not working, dirty pool with dead flies floating and smelling water... they even served burnt butter toast.

Experience is good , Staff is so polite, overall excellent stay , Food is costly, swimming pool is on the roof, room and toilet both are well cleaned, WiFi connectivity and speed is good enough

The stay was very nice, place is clean and civilised, they have good parking, I am not sure why other reviews speak negatively of it. Services are fast, care taker is really sweet. I give it good because of course they can improve a bit more in all areas
