Review Of Hotel Grace Ganga

The pictures are nothing like the current condition of the property. The rooms were all damp and smelly. They were not even cleaned properly. The curtains had stains, even the bed sheets. The pillows were in a pathetic condition. The pictures may be ages old. Such a false description. I don’t think so anyone keeps a check on the current condition before adding them on the list.

It was very bad experience with both MMT and This Hotel both Exploit us and also didnt hear our Complaint and Concern.

Good Hotel for Family stay and hotel staff also cooperative. Nice stay and rooms are very clean and well maintained hygiene of washroom 😃,....................

The stay was really awesome. Location is near to lakshman jhula & neer waterfall. In this hotel restaurant facility is not available but swiggy services is awesome.

Worse room experience cockroach in the room not clean properly poor fragrance in the room horrible smell

Location of the hotel is really good. Very close to market. Very close to the ghat. Hotel is also comfortable. Person managing the hotel is really helpful. He will really good out of the way to help you and make your stay comfortable.

Location is good, but they didn't have lift in hotel and we got top floor, also geyser was not working properly. But overall good to stay for one night

It was a bad experience at hotel grace ganga. Water supply was not there in the bathroom, even we informed to hotel staff but they did not responded. Bath soap, shampoo, etc were not available, even towel was dirty.

Neat and clean hotel staff is good location is also good
Staff is very good food is tastey management is also good rooms and washroom are neat and clean.

They don't follow covid protocols, staff is not at all trained, there is no room service or amenities provided that are in the description. Horrible stay.
We checked in early there were no temp. Checks or sanitization, none of the staff was wearing masks.

Located well but overall very badly managed. Broken table soiled bedsheets and casual staff. Rooms on terrace are located well but not worth

Overall room service was good and parking space

My room was on terrace with open area and a few people (including girls)were drinking bear and smoking outside my room and talking, singing loudly at 3:30 a. M, there was no landline connection so that i can complain to manager. I personally called him but he didnt respond. No action had been taken.

Following are my submission pertaining to hotel grace ganga- 1) don't go with its ratings at mmt, it's around 4. 2/5 but in actual it deserve 1 (worse than the worst) 2)i booked a standard room at rs 1295 on 27th nova 2020 which was non refundable. When i reach the hotel, i found all of its standard room was in very poor condition. It was stinking badly like garbage dump area. As i said earlier it was a non refundable booking, i was bound to stay in this hotel, the guy sitting on the reception insisted me to see deluxe room which was again not in a very good condition but it was better than the earlier one. He charged me another 500 bucks to allot me deluxe room. 3) housekeeping was very poor, even room was not sanatised. Bedsheet & bathroom was also dirty. 4) deluxe room was on the 4th floor. No lift is there. Inf-act the ratio of riser & treat is very poor that makes it very difficult & painful to reach the room.

One of my best hotel experience so far. Keep up the good work.

It shows that the rooms are just near to river bed while it is not. They have view to mountain but all rooms are already booked while this is not mentioned. Room service is terrible. Parking is a chaos. Electricity problem during all summer. They have a food stall outside the hotel but when you call room service they charge you higher but if you go down price will be low. Very bad thing.

It is quite good. Can work more on keeping the washroom clean. Overall it was good

Location was good, room is specious but bed is not king size and food is average. As there is no lift difficult for senior citizen.
