Hotel Grand Galaxy (Near Ganga Ghat)

Poor eminities even not providing pure water , providing a jug of water no dressing no geser too bad

No parking, no proper room service room was average. Need to improve their hospitality and parking facility.

I found this property on mm t itself. It is located on laxman jhula road. Good street to explore as many good cafes with ganga views are available and good street to hang out in evening. Cleanliness was good. Service was good.

No kitchen, no crockery. View was good. Service was good. Polite behavior of staff. Public transport was not there directly to the hotel from railway station. No lift. I have ordered lunch from menu in the hotel but they delivered food with paper plates.

Location is easily reachable and it is near to laxman jhula, Room was good,neat and clean. Service is also good

The room was good. My stay was good. The hotel location is excellent in terms of nearness to public parking, market area, and lakshman jhula. Negatives: no intercom in room. Food or tea had to be ordered from some other restaurant.

The property location was opposite to river ganga however the river view what is claimed was blocked by buildings in front of it. Additionally there is no lift available. You need to take a long route to hotel, due to ongoing work at lakshmanjhula. You need to have good vehicle and driving skills to go around. The travel agents near around will charge you more so better to bargain in the beginning itself. The dining option is available through outside restaurant which is not related to hotel. The location is less crowded as compared to other side of river with lot of foreigners in and around making it feel good place. Overall good place to stay.

Very rude mangment, mai 6pm rishikesh pahucha lekin hotel jane ke lye transportation available nahi tha. Maine mm t to call kiya lekin wo log refund ke lye mana jr dye mine 2 hr wait kiya. Mere booking ka sara pisa barb-ad hua.

Not easy to locate the property, room condition poor, small bathroom, and jet of sheet not working,

No power backup, frequent power cut, poor hygiene. Rude staff, parking issues, door locks get jammed

The overall experience in hotel is good. Hotel staff are very supportive. Rooms and washrooms are clean. And hotel is very near to ganga ghat. But one thing is not good they don't have parking option.

Clean, hygienic and a superb place to stay rooms are spacious and the most important thing is location, as the location of this hotel is just behind ganga river

Staff was good, humble & helpful. Rooms were near. Hotel was peaceful. Nothing else to say.

I did not like the services as they charged according to super delux but no such facilities were provided. Firstly it was not mentioned anywhere that there is no lift along with that super deluxe room was on 4th floor with no intercom, no fridge and not even basic kettle to warm water or make tea. And these are basic inclusions in a super deluxe room. With this no complimentary bisleri or even good quality toiletry. Plus bathroom exhaust was not working and the extra bedding provided was burnt from so many sides. Only the view was fine from the room as shown in pictures rest it was not at all a good experience to stay at this place

Very misleading pictures. Disappointed with experience. It was really costly for the amenities they provided.

Room service is very slow. Ac is not working. No power backups. Its wastage of money to book here a room.
