worst experience, the hotel was very far, it was on the other side of lakshman jhula. owner of the property was very rude.He charged 200/- extra for only 1hour delay in check out.Even he was demanded for 800/- but at the end settled at 200/-,we were two females wid 2 children's tb bhi unhone koi sharam nhi ki paise maangne mein.location bht bekar h hotel ki..walking distance bht h.Dharmeshji caretaker of hotel was very good unhone hmari raat mein help ki hotel tk pahunchne mein...qki hotel mil hi nhi rha tha.

Attendee behaviour was very good affordable staying cleanliness can be maintained a little in the rooms everything else was good

This hotel is very good and clean. There is staff very polite. Room bed is very comfortable and clean. And hotel location is near lakshman jhula. I tells people and friends stay this hotel.

You can go and stay on it then you know how bad it is . Worst place that I had ever been stay in my whole life

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful and the food was very tasty and yummy. My kids enjoyed it a lot.

The stay was terrible the owner say you can sleep on the floor

The view that they claim is from the common area ie. Rooftop not from the balcony. Please look before booking

This place is not suitable for family. Blankets, pillows and sheets are dirty. There is no hot water facility and the staff are lazy and irresponsible. They never attend our needs on time. If we ask for help the staff will always give excuses and never made our stay comfortable or satisfactory. I would not recommend this stay for anyone.

Hotel achaa tha lekin hotel room ke washroom me exhaust ni tha room no. 104, staff behaviour kafi acha tha, but car se jane me hotel tk diktat h bcoz v ha ki gali kafi choti h, aur v ha vehicle jaam bht jldi lg jata h

We found everything perfect. Except tv. Bcz there was no tv. But room was clean and interior was beautiful. Washroom was clean. Balcony was beautiful. Easy to find. We wud love to book this hotel again

Sanjeev was only one who manages else boys were very careless they lost our accessories while carrying. They should increase there staff

Bed sheets are damaged, cleaning, no proper curtains and most importantly washroom ventilation window is broken covered with newspaper and that was also not properly. If you don't ask to clean they didn't do even dustbin

Very bad hotel. No room service. No tv in the room. No power backup. Be very careful before book this hotel
