actually all the things are pretty good but the sofa cum bed placed in a room have a lots of red ants which cause problem They need to work on this quite bit and the location was a little inside in the narrow streetsOtherwise everything is good

location was not good. the ac was not working so I have switched on the fan which was having annoying sound about which I complain they said it will done tomorrow which was not happened. the staff was rudely behaving.

Doom was neat and clean, equipped with ac fan and small fan in bed, charging point in bad, small light in bed. Washrooms were neat and clean. Only the challenge were to climb so many stairs as doom was on top floor, also there will not be any shared autos on property side so generally either book personal cab or need to walk 3-4km around from ram jhula.

Hi, Limited help from staff.. no room service like water refill, there is no water glass in room. No soap or cleanser provided. AC not worked whole night due to load issue.. it's very disappointing. Paid charges for AC room but spend night in sweating under fan.

Value for money but scope of improvement. Sonu guest house is a nice accommodation which is super near to laxman jhula ghat. The staff was cordial but we literally struggled because of late check in. The parking was closed and had to park on road, there were no water bottles or jars in the room but it was arranged upon asking. The geyser wasn't working in 2/3 rooms. It was a short stay but the rooms were clean.

There was no water supply in any of the rooms. The hotel unfortunately was far away from main road, we had to walk for a couple of km. On the bright side, the staff was very polite and helpful. They offered to pick us up for the hotel.
