Our place of stay was at a very convenient location that we could go anywhere to visit

I don’t get room by mistake I select jan 31 in make my trip and i neened room in dec 31 2024 but hotel owner don’t help for that and make my trip also I don’t get my money back for these at least I should get my 50% money back im with my family in rishikesh at night we get very trouble for searching hotels at night I request make my trip to work on these thank you

Hotel staff is leaving in the same room. Room is totally transparent. We are not allowed to turn on ac. Staff was not at all helping

I was told or i've booked as it was written as 4x dorm room. It means there are 4 beds only in a room. And when i asked the manager. He was rude about the rooms and asked to cancel but with no refund. I've also asked the customer care to cancel the booking but he also denied. Worst experience ever.

A very nice environment and the cleanliness level is great. The property's owner is incredibly gracious and helpful. There's no timing concern.

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, ranging from local indian dishes to international cuisine. The hotel also offers a range of services and facilities, including a travel desk, laundry service, and a 24-hour front desk. The staff were knowledgeable about the local area and provided us with helpful recommendations for activities and sightseeing. Overall, i highly recommend hotel raja palace for anyone visiting rishikesh. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, great food, and a convenient location. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our stay was a memorable one. I look forward to returning to hotel raja palace on my next trip to rishikesh.

It was too away from where we landed and we had to walk for an hour to reach hotel

Very basic. They charged 3000 for one room but not worth it ( worth only rs. 500. Not provided any of the basic things, there were no towels, air conditioning was not working, no tissue paper, no elevator (we stayed in 4th floor)

The property is at prime location with the best view. Staff are cooperative and treat you like a family. Food was also good and home-cooked. Overall nice place to stay

After 2km of walk from ramjhula, its not easy to locate the property, rooms are very small and no lift. My room was in 4th floor, so its not very difficult without lift. Towel and soap not provided. I left the hotel in 3hrs. The only good things i found is bathrooms are clean.

It was good experience of travel-ling in rishikesh i enjoyed the beautiful whether and yes obviously the nature.

Went for adventure, river rafting. It is on the other side of ghat. Peaceful area. Close to yoga ashrams. M

Property was good. Care taker was good and friendly. Issue was bike parking. There was no parking at all and items listed on menu was not available

my room had a cigarette bud lying around when i first entered, bedsheets were not clean, the bathroom hardly had any water coming in, i had to request 3-4 times for towels, which i then received 3-4 hrs later, the food was great homely types, but they didn't have a designated cook present, so they would refuse service randomly. I guess i might be a tad too critical, but the male host was very welcoming and kept the problems in front as it is, but that doesn't discount the fact that the service was sub-par

Property is good. Some congested location but whole rishikesh issue is that. Who want to stay after the las ksham jhula can stay here good choice. All products available and nearby. Host uncle and aunty are good they all time welcome you and do nice talking.

Rooms are neat and clean, few of those have a partial hill view. Some room and bathroom have locking issues. They don't provide any towel, not even a soap. Staffs have lack of professionalism. But the location is excellent. Overall the hotel seemed to be average to me as my expectation was much more by referring to the previous reviews.

Very friendly, market friendly, all shops nearby, privacy conscious staff and occupants.
