hotel location is amazing, lack view and walking distance to mall road and taxi, bus stop. hotel staff behavior is good. zoo and Nani devi temple is 2km. you walking easly either you hire scootey and bike .

Hotel staff is very polite, room was cleaned and hotel location is bang on Nani lake. Good suggestions for city trip

Sasta sunder aur tikau and the best part is the incredible location as well as food quality and staff is so nice 👍👍

1. Mattress were very hard. 2. No wiper in the washroom. 3. Lots of noise from road. One cannot have sound sleep. 4. Bedsheet was dirty asked them to change, which they did. 5. Expensive as compared to the price.

The location was good ,but the food items were not upto the mark .even the rooms were over rated as there rooms were not up to the mark.

Room is pathetic not as per paid washroom smells bad and as per hotel manager asked to book directly from hotel will charge half price paid on MMT no quality hotels listed on MMT..

Hotel was at good place where there is no such traffic and jam. Parking was paid by hotel which was good and staff was also helpful and always available over call.

it was a good stay. got a free upgrade to lake view from normal room. staff behavior and service was quite good. food was tasty and hygienic and food service was quite fast. the best part of the property was its location. parking and naini lake was just front of the property. one doesn't need to walk so much from the parking location to hotel. the only drawback was room size and cleanliness.

That was a good experience staying in this hotel....staff were very cooperative....one suggestion is it would be five out of five star experience if they include blower or heater as a free amenity with the room cost itself because they are charging additionally for blower....other than this staff were very polite and helpful...they even helped in early check in

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I must say that mr. Prayag pathak and his staff is one of the most polite and friendly staff i ve met in a long time. He takes care of all your needs. I travel-led with my father, who is 66 yrs young, and with age u need extra help and support. Prayag pathak ji helped us a lot during this trip. Location of this hotel is also a plus.

I booked the emoji hotel for two days, but my experience was not satisfactory due to cleanliness issues. The toilet jet was clogged with poty, and the blanket had an unpleasant odor. Although the hotel staff addressed my complaint the next day by replacing the blanket, the bedsheets were also very old and perforated. The electric kettle was not cleaned. These issues should have been addressed in advance rather than after a complaint.

It was my wrist experience over there. The room was too smelly, n we didn't even get the pick up and drop off facility as mentioned

The stay was good, location is also good but the basic amenities kettle heaters were not provided as it was a very cold place they should provide hot air blower or some heater, overall a good experience apart from the cold which we faced while staying. No thanks

The room was overpriced according to its design. The bathroom was quite okay but in the bedroom the bed was not comfortable. The bed should be of such design that it should neither be too cushioning normal too hard. As soon as we stepped on the bed i could feel the ply of the bed. So i felt discomfort the entire night.

Hello travellers, i ll write pros and cons of my stay at emoji inn pros- pathakji the manager at hotel allowed us early check in and also lilo late check out so thank you to them. Nearby mall road, city, bus stand, taxi stand view is amazing if u take super happy room value for money i only had tea/coffee and they were pretty good staff behaviour was also good cleanliness was okay cons- in peak season it is a bit costly bathroom and room were small but that's okay and manageable as it is nearby taxi stand and road u can hear sounds of vehicle conclusion- overall it is a pretty much and value for money stay

hotel with all amenities & great service... guys are very polite & cooperative.... location of the hotel is near from bus stand nainital.... food was too delicious and fresh... manager give as early check in without extra money.... allover experience was awsm with hotel emoji and staff .....🥂✨
