Nice and clean room, good service. Great location

I stayed here for 3 days and nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — just opposite Naini Lake and close to the bus stand, making it very convenient. I took a lake view cottage, and the view was absolutely perfect — waking up to the calm and scenic lake every morning was truly relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, who were always polite and ready to assist. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a beautiful lake view in Nainital!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Himalaya Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the bus stand and Nainital Lake, which makes it easy to reach and explore the area. You can also easily get a scooty or cab on rent, and the hotel staff can help arrange it for you. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

No one picked our calls . Called so many times. They told my grandparents to climb 5 floors. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Poor service. I regret this property

Only breakfast is good in food rest nothing is good. Room service is too late. View from heritage rooms r beautiful. Room cleaning is very worst.

The hotel was Suggested by MMT. it was excellent location . we had taken Lake view room with serene view of Nainital lake, Adjoining terrace with well maintained sitting arrangement & very clean rooms & outdoors. Best part is Courteous & helpful staff specially would like to mention Prakash who was there for our every request. He made arrangement of Dinner in the terrace area which was the most memorable part of the stay. Enjoying tasty meal with Chill cold breeze & pure unpolluted air from over the lake. only thing is from road it is a steep road so its useful if you have your vehicle which can be parked at hotel parking. Keep it up. would recommend Himalaya hotel to Everyone.

I stayed at Himalaya with my friends for one day only while visiting Kainchi Dham. Himalaya has been our favourite place to stay for over a decade. Location is excellent, food is good, hospitality is also excellent, rooms are cleaned with ample space. The staff conduct is professional especially Lalit Bisht was too caring.

It was a good location to stay,near nani lake.walking distance to mall road.The staff was good, got an early check in. Breakfast was tasty.

it was a decent stay with basic facilities available. it was already sold out so we hot a standard room, food was fine. it is quite far from mall road, so be ready to walk a lot, which is good when the weather is nice
