1.The property is neat, clean, and well-maintained. 2.The staff is courteous and well-behaved. 3.The only downside is that the Spruce Hill is located uphill, requiring a 500-meter trek. However, you can use a bike or scooter to reach the Spruce Hill. Overall, the experience was good!

Hotel is very clean. Staff behaviour is very good. Food is also nice. If I come in Nanital again I will stay in this Hotal.

Very good experience. Polite staff and very nice location. The location was considerably close to mall road. Rooms were clean and we were offered welcome drinks on arrival. Overall a good experience.

Location was Good but you have to put your full energy if want to Reach Hotel by Walking. Staff is very much Polite and Supportive. Rooms in Basement are too small & without any Cross Ventilation on which Hotel has to work
