Room is not clean Staff dont respond to anything very bad experience wont recommend to this property

Hotel staff are very unprofessional,, according to rate facility are very poor

The interior of the hotel was nicely done and gave a good first impression. However, the room had no view at all — just a tin shed right outside the window, which was disappointing. The food was average, nothing special. One major inconvenience was the location: the hotel is situated on a hill, and there was no pickup or drop-off facility provided, which made access quite difficult.

It’s not a room it’s a box bathroom condition and size is pathetic no ventilation in room. So far from Mall Road .

Location was Good but you have to put your full energy if want to Reach Hotel by Walking. Staff is very much Polite and Supportive. Rooms in Basement are too small & without any Cross Ventilation on which Hotel has to work

Not Gud at all. Room was very small .Not able to sleep coz of too much noises in corridor till late night by the staff. Very pathetic
