Hotel Welcome Park(walkable distance from mall road)

Booked a family room for 4 members at . pros: 1. Service was good. 2. They gave us a guest room as we reached early at hotel for rest and fresh up, that is something that only few hotels will do. 2. Taxi service to drop/pick you from mall road as hotel is on a hill. 3. parking available cons: 1. I found it quite expensive. 2. There was no air conditioning at this price. 3. tea/coffee/breakfast/food is expensive, specially in morning you can't go outside for morning tea as hotel is at hill.

Rooms were spacious,but hot water wasn’t there,view was amazing from the window,staff was supporting,little hygiene issue floor mat wasn’t cleaned,but beds were fine,hotel was on a little height from the mall road but they provided a pick up service from hotel,so thankfully.i would give a 3.5 star.

The view from balcony was great, appreciate the pickup service from mall road, hospitality was decent- they provided warm water for my dad after the mentioned hours . Appreciate that. I am not fully satisfied with the experience of staying for the price i paid. Rooms can be more clean, including washroom- the infrastructure needs repair snd improvement. The room also kept smelling of smoke from the moment i entered and nothing was done about it on mentioning. One doesn’t expect this for the paid price. I personally wouldn’t stay again. Thanks!

1. Hotel staff, asks for tips for shifting luggage from reception to rooms 2. Dirty bed sheets in the room, hangers were damaged. 3. Dirty furniture full of dust and insects. 4. Terrible food taste.

My stay here was far below expectations. The service was unwelcoming, and the food was served cold and tasteless . The room’s lighting was poor, and cleanliness was clearly overlooked. The washroom felt neglected with dirty towels , the bedsheets weren’t clean, and I even noticed insects in the room and cupboards worst hotel I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone

After Car parking when we check out the staff of parking is very greedy. They want money to each other . Service in rooms is good. Location is very fantastic. Lake view is great.

होटल व रूम साफ सुथरा था, रूम आरामदायक था,खाने के ऑर्डर में समय अधिक ले रहे थे,अन्य सर्विस का समय सामान्य था,checkout के समय स्टाफ को थोड़ा समझाने की आवश्यकता है, गेस्ट जो दे सभी को बाद में आपस में मिलकर जो करना है कर लेना चाहिये,सभी की अलग- अलग डिमांड गेस्ट को अलग तरह से सोचने पर मजबूर करती हैं Overall ठीक था सभी का व्यवहार ठीक था, खाने की गुणवत्ता बहुत अच्छी तो नहीं लगभग ठीक थी !

This was our Family holiday tour , The property is good but the hotel's name is specially mentioned ( walkable distance.........) is an attempt to be delirious to customers. There was no Service to drop customers at mall road and Hotel Manager also refused to pick after 10 PM .This incident was very disappointing. The hotel room and washroom cleanliness was very poor . When we entered the room we found a bunch of hairs in the bathroom and also found filth under a single bed.Sofa was not clean. Tea and Toast was good In the end Hotel staff took a tip of 300/-

Location is good. However, the hotel is shabby. Damp smell all around with monkeys always in the balcony. The room was also suffocating. Everyone had headache the next day when we woke up. Also, the staff is always looking for tips. There were literally 5-6 people standing for tip when we left.

The service was very bad. The staff was not c operable and rude. The bedsheet and blanket was dirty. The room was smelly. There were bugs in the room. The washroom was extremely smelly and dirty. There were few worms in the washroom!

Had a great stay at the property in tourist season. Hotel staff was polite & available there for assistance. They also arranged local pick & drop to made our stay comfortable. Food was really nice, tried all 3 meals of a day one or other day. Recommendation to anybody looking for a comfy stay in Nainital, near mall road. Suggestion: Property Garden can be managed better, as it does have a great view of the Naini lake

The room was okay type, beds were a little small in length, food according to price was average, view from Bala only was good, shuttle service was also good. Advised for them to improve food quality n quantity .

Location was excellent with clear magnificent look of the lake. Rooms n toilets are spacious.internet speed was good. The terrace dining space was awesome. Service was very very fast. Food was nice . We went in peak season . So room rent was just double . Now the things to improve- rooms n toilets cleanliness to be improved. Hotel looks a bit old / needs to be renovated/ hotel has good garden / kids playing area but not properly maintained

It was too expensive, but there are very limited facilities, There was no AC in the room Bathroom was not good, not cleaned properly They also don’t give water bottles , they asked to pay for the bottles
