Property is like just start to end room is smaller than a toilet.condition of Deluxe lake view room.No kitchen facility no staff to attend room service dirty room no one for cleaning.Public toilet is better than washroom is very small floor is very dirty.Very expansive.

Property location is excellent, it is right at the Mall road with Naina devi temple and lake 250 m away, lake view window is good too. But room and washroom is quite small and also there is no proper maintenance and cleanliness is also average. Overall decent stay in terms of location.

Hotel room was priced very high. Room was very compact, very small space and mobile charging points were not working properly on both side of bed. The power point with tv connection was only working. Location was best but still price doesn't justifies the hotel room.

Kitchen staff are pathetic.

Rooms are too small and apart from that kitchen staff are to pathetic. Kitchen starts at 9 am but no one was there at that tym.

I will give 4 star. The location is perfect just beside the naini lake. I think the closest hotel to the naini lake and naina devi temple. Just one draw back rooms are small. If you are going more than 2 person you will face difficulties. Hotel don’t have parking but government parking is close by approx 200 meters. Also if you opt for breakfast they provide 3-4 options with good taste
