Sir, Nainital is a cold place it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to heat the water. We also told you this during your stay.

There is no facility of food and it is terrible to reach that hotel as it is too high and the car is not able to reach this place.. No proper cleaning,and dirty bed sheets were there..

Horrible experience! The hotel is in a very bad location — reaching by car is tough due to the steep climb. Rooms were full of insects, and I even saw silkworms crawling around. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Cleanliness was poor, the washroom was dirty, and nothing felt hygienic. Food was not fresh either. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I strongly advise avoiding Hotel Hill Top.

Please do not stay in this hotel, location is also not good, bathroom is very dirty, commod cover and tap were broken. Lunch and dinner are very expensive.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Nainital, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Key Issues - *Location:* The hotel is quite far from Mall Road, making it inconvenient for tourists. - *Room Service:* The room service was subpar, and it took a while to get assistance. - *Food:* The food prices were exorbitant, and the quality didn't match the cost. - *Room Condition:* The room, although basic, had a dirty bathroom that needed attention. - *Area:* The surrounding area didn't feel safe or clean. ## Overall Experience Given the high room rates, I expected better amenities and service. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations.

i haven't stayed at the hotel because of poor location and wrong information mentioned on make my trip also hotel owner was not ready to discuss my problem and talked badly. I told hotel and make my trip help team that that location distance mentioned on app doesn't match and it is on top of hill which can cause heart issue to me as I'm heart patient but they didn't entertain me properly. I'm very upset with the service,this is my first booking and it is very bad experience for me. if possible please refund some amount as I haven't stayed at the hotel because of high altitude and heart issues.

There was no car parking but they have mentioned ,there was a TV in room but owner said it will not work as it’s not mentioned in facilities. it was written 2.9 km from Nainital but we have to drive 13 km from Nainital, WiFi was not working properly, we have to keep our car in road side and have to climb in rock for about 400 miter which was extremely difficult. room was written lake view but no one can see lake from that hotel at all as it was very far from Nainital and the hotel is in a village. Only food quality was good and the behaviour of owner and staff was good
