Hotel Woodland(walkable Distance from Mall Road)

The hotel room was small compared to the price I paid for it. The breakfast which was included was okay but on a bit low end compared to the price paid for it. The location is good and near the market, They also have parking for two wheelers but the main road to the hotel is one way so cars can't come directly from the mall road. The hotel staff was polite but we were not provided toothpaste, slippers, hot kettle, or a cloths iron when we requested one for a bit which is disappointing. The hotel staff might also ask if you need a scooty or bike but refrain from booking two wheelers through them as they charge much more and will keep on asking you again and again if you don't decline firmly.

Nice place for stay. staff is very cooperative. rooms are clean. no water issue, no hot water issue. Happy

Hotel stay was nice.It is just 10 min walk from naini lake Staff was so polite and available when needed.Breakfast was good in taste.

Service is superb, while u call they are present always at a time and all staff has good polite nature. The only issue that they have no parking. Hotel was good and comfortable the most attractive is there service is too fast , drawbacks only is no parking

Property owner was arrogant, room were dirty, bed sheets were full of dust. He has given the smallest room which was not marked in mmt app. He didnt supported for carry our luggage bag movement from reception to room

Perfect location... everything was walking distance..food was not that good, renovation was going on,rest everything was fine..services were good. only thing I found inappropriate was they charged for room heater..Room was clean, washroom clean..just as shown in pics

It was a good hotel at a convenient place near Bara Bazar and on a proximity of 400m uphill of Mall Road. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful specially Vimal, Kamal & Jatin and whoever was there on reception. The room was spacious and washroom was clean and they cleaned the room everyday. The mattress can be bit better i would suggest. I would also suggest them to change the main doors of the room! Overall it was a pleasant stay and I liked it’s location and we were lucky to get new Scootys when we booked on rent

Behaviour of the staff and quality of food is excellent. But the room and the washroom had a pungent smell. The room was just average . Not upto the mark as compared to the price

Lot of noise in the room, the worst room category is superior deluxe with balcony. Balcony is of no use. Local outsiders make lot of noise outside of balcony. Washrooms are old designed. Hot-water will not come from basin tap.

It was good and neat and clean hotel and really good for family travellers and specially location is very near walking to mall road
