Totally bad review we have booked the deluxe rooms and rooms are worst staff is not good no service staying terrible like that

It's very terrible stay there, room was very dirty and staff also not cooperative. I am horribly surprised why you collaborate these type property!

It’s average place. Access a little difficult as many stairs. No parking available. Good location overall

Only balcony was good. There is a beautiful view from balcony but the room was not clean they have not changed bedsheet and pillow cover. There was lots of garbage around the bed corner and it was smelling. Every morning the water in the tank get over.

Room jo book kaya thai wo nahi diya, room bhi size bhi chota thai cleaning maza nahi aya.

Rooms are very small, family suite is wrost. No proper cleannesses, unhygienic place. Kitchen was not good. No parking facility in nearby area. Staff was good. Lake view available as per description.

not worth to stay over there. just an average. nothing like as publish. overpriced / difficult to found... wasted 2 hours just to find the hotel, as number mentioned was also wrong.

Hotel was so bad condition. As per book value it's not good. There was very bad and dirty and small kitchen. breakfast also not good.Overall Hotel was very bad.I personally not recommended any one to stay in this hotel.. Bad. In the bed there is bedbuges . At 23/5/24 11pm we complaint about so many bed buges in bed but hotel staff refused tu change my room. Bad cleaness....

The hotel charges are high as per facilities provided, blankets were not clean, no intercom, rest the staff is good and cooperative at this rate there are many accomodations with better facilities.

Hotel is the best but his price are so high and hotel view is so beautiful and room are so big.

Hotel panorama shows us lots of pic gallery but if I visited there it's shows so different and here you mentioned lake view but after visit there it's shows us other room and it's totally fairless and it's totally different after getting room 👍

Poor service and rooms are very small, no food available

Staff was friendly and cooperative and the property is at prime location. Didn’t get the chance to eat food at property since plenty of options was available at 200-400mtrs.
