We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seasons by Xperience, Nainital. The location is scenic, the property well-maintained, and the team extremely professional and helpful. Food quality exceeded expectations. A suggestion would be to introduce some indoor games or cultural evenings to enhance guest engagement. Highly recommended!

We family on 4 went for vacation in nainital .. it was a great stay such a nice staff they treat you like family ... shuttle service was on time to drop us to mall road overall it is a great experience in seasons hotel ..

The location is good but the hotel is in a very high point.. it's a clean hotel and the food is good..staff are polite and helpful.. overall a good experience except the high area where the hotel is situated.

Very good place to stay. Nice ambience everywhere around. Stall is well trained n very co-operative. Food is excellent n Room service very prompt. Breakfast is too good. Nice play to stay with family

The location of the property is very convenient, and the food quality was quite good. However, the room did not meet expectations, especially considering the price. It lacked the comfort and amenities that should come at this rate. Overall, while the surroundings and dining experience were pleasant, the room quality was disappointing for the price paid.

Broken freeze case, no table in our balcony despite two complaints, old and out of shine furniture, broken handle of kettle.

Was made to shift rooms as there was water leaking from the roof of the room booked. Compared to the price of the room, it lacked cleanliness and hygiene. There were dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The staff is cordial. Food is average. Given the price paid I won't recommend this hotel.

room was ok but due to very old structure its flush not properly working, bathroom door can't lock , hand shower is not working, it was leaking, water pressure in bathroom is very low, BTW who keep bucket and mug in bathroom... is it really a 4 star category.... just because of location its price are 3 times? Food was pathetic, in breakfast only few items , all items having too much oil, seasonal fruits are spoiled on breakfast counter,

Hotel was good so was food and hospitality but the location of the hotel was not great as it was on steep road which makes travelers hard to go up and down to the mall road

The stay was located very close to the Mall Road and the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Special shout out to the manager for providing a cozy bonfire for my kids and family. Thank you team

worst stay ever. Washroom was full of moulds. no internet. No staff to listen. I asked staff to change my room as there was lot of flies. no cleanliness. I asked staff that wifi is not working I have to work to do they said they will check again I asked after 2 hrs no response. Worst stay.
