The resort was truly awesome, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, and I really appreciated how generous the team was while serving. They always asked what we wanted, and even if something was not available, they tried their best to prepare it fresh for us. One special moment I remember was with the chicken pakora. I casually mentioned that it wasn’t very crispy, though the taste was good. Immediately, they prepared a fresh batch, added extra spices, and even the chef personally came to explain how they had improved it. That, to me, was true hospitality. The hotel’s welcome was perfect, and the property’s view is something I will never forget. I suggest choosing a room with a balcony for the best experience. You might have to walk a little inside the property, but it’s worth it—it adds to the charm. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Amaari Resort. It’s an experience you should not miss.

The rooms we booked were not provided and rooms were good but the staff was not helpful. Pool was opened only in the afternoon time between 11 to 3.

familyBooked this place for an overnight stay for a visit to kanchi dham, baba neem karoli. Located c20 km from the dham, it is a calm and scenic place, better than the hustle and bustle of proper nainital. The resort staff is courteous and the in-room dining options are enough to spoil you for choice. A stay worth recommending for those who want to visit mukhteshwar, nainital, kanchi dham.

Good and bad experience

This was our second visit to this resort because we had a great experience during our last visit when this resort was newly opened. This time also we liked the stay except a few things like. 1) the bedding and pillow covers were not being changed after the check out of previous guest & 2) the food needs a change here and there ( everyday breakfast had the same potato sabji and everyday dinner had punjabi sabji roti. I think that the restaurant needs to be looked at.

This hotel is located in mid of nainital and mukteshwar and there is not much in nearby area like food etc. Also who wants to just relax from their daily life, can choose this property.

family1. On arrival, there was no one to ask for welcome drinks. We waited for half an hour at the reception. 2. We were then told that the pool view rooms that we booked 1 month prior have been given to someone else. We were offered the sky view villa as an upgrade. 3. Sky villa looked at first. But one of the bathrooms didn't have a working flush and it stank for the whole night. However, the timely room service of food was appreciated. 4. Next day we were to be changed to our pool view rooms. We were supposed to be back by 6 pm, however, due to an issue with our cab we arrived at the hotel at 9 pm to find no one picking up our calls. There was no one at the reception desk. I had to drag someone from the restaurant to call Burman, the shift manager to the reception. 5. I have never seen a property that does not have a reception attendant 24x7. 6. For the price that was charged (equivalent to any good 4-star hotel) the service and rooms were just plain deplorable. Hospitality business runs on word of mouth references.

I didn't get the room size I was shown and it was sort of expensive. Room location was good, pool view but I had to compromise with the room size. Resort location was awesome and the scenic beauty was also superb
