Dear Mr Gupta, We take your concerns seriously and value your feedback greatly. It seems that the absence of a lift and difficulties posed by the stairs were key issues that marred your experience. Our hotel maintains a classic, vintage ambiance which may not suit everyone's preferences, particularly those who require modern conveniences such as a lift. We wish we could retrofit our historic building with an elevator to ease the movement, but this is something out of our control, unfortunately. As for beverages,We dont serve alcohol and we arranged it through the wine shop and delivery charges are as applicable by them only. Furthermore, the issue with the hot water supply is regrettable and we have addressed this problem with our maintenance team to prevent such incidents from reoccurring. We understand your concerns about the value, our pricing reflects the unique experience our boutique hotel offers and we are constantly working on improving our services to exceed guest expectations.
