Stay was good. Room - good Food and breakfast - average quality and it seems staff are not equipped to handle guests in morning breakfast time. Food was pretty average. Location - ok Facility- average

Location is bit off , if you are looking for silent stay then go for it. Food is ok ok . There is nothing nearby , if you are looking for anything to visit , you need to go to Nainital which is 20km away from the hotel. Food timing are off , you can not order anything after 9.20 which is really disappointing. you have small swimming pool ,and indoor games.

Wonderful stay with wife and twin kids! Excellent food & service. Deluxe room with private balcony & garden view was nice, clean, spacious for 4. Clear route guidance & accurate Google Maps. Last 1-2 km slightly narrow/inclined road, but easily accessible by car. Parking at main gate near reception. Resort smaller than pictures suggest, but peaceful, beautiful, calm with valley view. Good amenities: pool, kids area, games, restaurant, bar. Staff (Mr. Dayal Adhikari & Ankit Kumar Ji) were polite, supportive, treated us like family. Awesome veg food (breakfast & dinner) with variety. Food quality great, slightly spicy for kids but delicious. Dayal & Ankit Ji provided exceptional service, customized kids' food, served hot milk, packed extra food, and provided extra mattress without charge. They even flipped the mattress for my comfort. Clean, good-sized pool with valley view. Overall a worthy & memorable stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful Bhimtal getaway. Close to Ghorakal temple & not far from Neeb Karoli.

Location and reachability is excellent. Staff is very courteous. I only had breakfast and while variety or options were limited, quality was good.

The property is offbeat and offers a calm and composed environment. The staff is extremely humble and customer oriented. The food is amazing and the buffet they provide also has a variety of dishes. The only issue which we encountered was the pool table next to the dining hall, making the guest uncomfortable because of players playing it and making noise.

very bad food quality and the property manager is very rude and never visits this property again. The morning buffet and evening buffet. are also not good. very limited . 500 ml water bottles charges 50 rupees. if you required water. .

It was really a wonderful experience, all staff members were amazing. Peaceful place with lush green trees in surrounding.

The staff was courteous. Service was good. Food is tasty. The place is bit overpriced though. The land area is smaller than how it appears in pictures.

It was a quiet and beautifully green place to be. I loved the food and the lush greenery of the surroundings. The staff was very friendly, and the service was prompt. I will definitely be visiting this place again soon.

The resort is located at one of the best places in bhimtal. Ideal surroundings, natural beauty to look at, swings for leisure time, outdoor and indoor games available as well. The staff is good and courteous.

The stay was so serene and amazing. The staff each one them was so warm and helping with always a smile on there face. Ankit was so helping and courteous throughout the journey. The way to the hotel is little inside but trust me it is worth it. The environment at the property is so calm and peaceful. Food is amazing and the peppery is very well maintained. Let me start off my review about the hotel before even i embark on the journey to nainital. It was the occasion of my 1st marriage anniversary and also my birthday & the resort management helped both me and my wife arrange both our surprises discreetly and separately, along with a lot of curtsey and enthusiasm. The hotel was located at a convenient distance from bhimtal which fulfilled both our purposes of a secluded area away from hustle of the tourist place and close enough from all the tourist destinations for a convenient tour. The view from our room was serene and behaviour of the staff (5/5) was the best on scales of hospitality industry. The complimentary breakfast buffet we booked was good (5/5) and one of the best part of our daily meal. The resort also provided us with contacts of travel agencies for the tour of nearby tourist sites, which was also quite good and of genuine price. The size of the room and amenities provided were value for money (5/5) and hygiene of the property was well maintained (5/5. The decorations for both the above mentioned events were beautiful, cakes arranged were awesome and the dinner provided along with (esp non-vegetarian items) was great (4. 5/5. One suggestion i would like to convey to the hotel management is to improve lighting in the rooms by adding atleast 1-2 tube lights. Overall i thank the resort management and staff for making our trip enjoyable love-able and memorable. Overall 4. 9/5 rating from my side.

I had an amazing experience while staying in the nature's green resort. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Food is tasty, rooms are clean and property is beautifully maintained. If you are looking for clean place where you can relax with your family, this is the right place for you. I highly recommend this property and give 5/5 ratings. The staff members ankit and prakash took very good care of us.
