However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay, and we would like to address each of your concerns: Monkeys Disturbance: We regret the disturbance caused by the monkeys, especially the noise they created early in the morning. While the presence of monkeys is a natural occurrence in this area due to the proximity to the forest, we understand how disruptive this can be. We will explore solutions to minimize this issue, such as installing noise-dampening materials on the roofs or other preventive measures. Night Staff Availability: We apologize for the lack of staff presence from 10 PM to 7 AM. While we provide a contact number for emergencies, we understand that this may not be sufficient.
