The stay is amazing. View is not that good though. Staff and Hotel staff are very polite unlike the people at the front desk. Overall amazing experience with food and the stay.

Room was not as good as I had expected. Dinner was ok only. Breakfast was very good.

Shervani Hilltop is a peaceful retreat nestled in the hills — the perfect escape from city life! As usual the place makes you feel comfortable right from the beginning. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The food is awesome(the best in nainital). I would recommend to book any meal here as well if possible. The breeze from the mountains is permanent here as it's on a foothill.

Stay was fantastic. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Valley view from superior rooms is good. Kids enjoyed at play area which is well maintained. Food was great with a decent variety. Lastly, the shuttle service between hotel and mall road added to our comfort. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Property is in midst of of mountains, lush greenery and beautiful garden. It looks like the place has come out of a post card. Very attentive and courteous staff. Food was fine however the buffet coupd have been better

Found the property on mm t for nainital. Shervani hilltop is a lovely property, settled away from the hustle-bustle of the main market. The property is elegantly built, with lovely hill views all around. The hospitality is amazing, they take great care of your needs and issues if any. The food is tasty, evening live music adds a lovely feel to the cool breeze, and the rooms are well maintained. They also provide complimentary pick & drop services from the hotel to mall road (last pick 7pm. I visited with my family, in-laws and a little toddler, and we had an amazing time. I'd choose this property again if i was travel-ling back to nainital.

We had a good time as a family. The evening events like magic show and puppet shows will give the children wonderful memories. Lavish buffet menu for breakfast and dinner. Nice views and fine staff.

Reach and location: This is located at a slightly off-beat location, which is accessible only via a cab. It's on a slope so walking up to this hotel is not an option, like other hotels alongside the mall road. Hotel, ambiance, and facilities: As this is located at some hight, you get a decent (but limited) view of the nearby mountains. The hotel is nice and cosy. It has rooms at G+2 levels. So, higher the room, better is the view. However, as there are no lifts, so you have to take stairs. They tried to ceate a nice ambiance during breakfast and dinner with some light, live music. The evening musician was good. The Staff: is good. At the time of check-in, there was some confusion about my room choise, which was promptly handled by Mr. Deepak (Manager), who gave me a coupe of options to choose from. The Staff is soft spoken and nice. If you are on the second floor, then expect a slight delay in the room service as the staff will take time to address any concerns. Kids friendly: Definitely yes, they have a nice playroom for kids with TT, air hockey, carrom, and foosball table. You can have some fun time with your kids here. Food: it was good. We had dinner once and breakfast during our stay. The dinner was decent, we tried malai tikkas and butter chicken, which was good. The breakfast was pretty much standard and needs a bit of improvement. For example, if they had mixed veg for dinner buffet, it felt as if the same was turned into veg cutlet the next morning, same with potatoes. I preferred taking stuff from the live counter, which had very limited options (2 only).

Stay was pleasant and staff was cordial. It’s our second visit and all the staff members are very cordial and very welcoming.

The property is beautiful. The size of the rooms are adequate. Staff is co-operative. Everything is good, but it needs to improve its buffet t spread both in dinner and breakfast

We stayed for 2 nights 3 days. The staff of shervani hilltop is very courteous and humble. We requested the chef to prepare kumaoni food for lunch and it was delicious. If you are into kumaoni delicacy then inform the chef a day in advance. Lots of indoor activities are planned for the kids and they also assist you in nature walk. Had a very comfortable stay.
