WelcomHeritage Ashdale

It was my second time staying at this WelcomHeritage Ashdale, there are a few hits and misses with this place. It’s a beautiful property, no doubt. Location wise as well, if you aren’t concerned with having lake as your view then it’s a great choice of location. Hospitality of the staff is unmatched. The meals should get better, breakfast and dinner options are limited. It’s supposed to be luxury stay but the food doesn’t speak for it at all. But yes, whatever spread they have the preparations are really nice. I came two years ago, back then they had a mall road pick and drop service, which is now discontinued. Most WelcomHeritage Ashdales in sherwani offer the service, they should too. My room didn’t have an aircon, even though it’s pleasant weather most of the times in naininal, aircon doesn’t hurt anyone. My room was fairly small, and considering the three of us, it felt very stuffy. And an aircon would’ve helped. Will i come back again? maybe, not!

Pros: -Quaint, maintained vintage property with a beautiful lawn. - Helped us celebrate our occasions with balloon decor. - Staff is friendly and nice. - Away from the traffic of mall road. Cons/considerations - Food options are limited at breakfast but taste is fine. - restaurant menu is also very small.

It is a nice property with excellent staff both in the dining area as well as reception. However need to be extra careful in checking beforehand since they do not have escalators so it becomes difficult for senior citizens to take the rooms on 2nd floor.

The stay was very good but the manpower was very less there was only 2-4 staffs. I would suggest the WelcomHeritage Ashdale to hire more staff as in 2-4 staffs the food I ordered came in 1 hour 55 mins exactly

indicated 20% discount on f&B whereas the WelcomHeritage Ashdale gave 10% only. booking mentioned High tea complimentary but the property said they will charge for high Tea

good and nice ambience. staff in reception and restaurant are very co-ordial. sitout place is very spacious. rooms maintenance is good.

Location is very good. It on road. We reached there with out asking from any body. Food is excellent. All amenities are good. Over all stay was very good.

Beautiful property. Breakfast was good. Our room got upgraded but there were some issues in the bathroom fittings.

Amazing stay, feel like home ,staff is welcoming and helpful specially Mohan. Food was amazing. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The property was super cozy, with a long balcony overhang to a view that is lush green laced hills witnessing a whirlwind of clouds growing in rain

Awesome stay , food was very delicious , property was hygiene matters a lot and staff maintaining like 5 star , swimming pool is main attaraction of property for me

Staff was very good neat and clean room and property chef was very good and so humble ... good service but hot water issue we faced both times
