Bad smell in the room No TV, towels and sleeprs No room service One of the worse hotel I have ever seen

Hotel is not good. It's not at all worth the amount we paid for our stay. Rooms were located beside just the road and hence there was a lot of disturbance because of the outside noise. The rooms were small with no balcony or sitting area. The bedsheets, pillow covers, quilt were dirty. Service is slow. There was no tea coffee kettle in the room. There were only 2 options in breakfast. We asked for normal milk instead of tea coffe, and while checking out, the manager said us to pay for the milk. They don’t have parking place. Amount charged was too high as compared to the facilities. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The stay at orchid was a very pleasant one. The deluxe room was excellent and the food was very delicious. The hotel staff was very nice

No option in breakfast no coffee/tea kattle at room less safety it was more of a home stay common hall between multiple rooms. Small rooms without balcony or seating. No parking facility the amount charged was too high compared to facility

Overall it was pathetic experience, nobody give any heed to customers, i book it through mm t and when i reached there that said we don’t have any vacant room, not recommended for stay at all.

The popt that was shown in picfure was not allocated and the staff was not there when we want something, hence the stay was ok and cleaniness was not there.

Property location, food, amenities and staff specially hotel manage mr. Pankaj all were worst. 3rd class property, even then m, dharamshala would be much better than this property. Mmt shd remove the property from their portal. Staff is cheater not value for money, rather, any thing

I booked a hotel for 3d 4n, unfortunately, we had an accident but the hotel staff helped with a cab service hotel to the hospital. I am very happy with the service, food and good to stay with family or a couple. Thank you.

Single rooms were ok as per the price in comparison to duplex room. Staff could have been a little more courteous and professional but they were helpful within their means. At the end of four days, overall experience was average.

Hotel is fine but not the worth which i had paid. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Food was good.

I booked the property for 2 days had to checkout in one day because no proper service luggage was sent in 30 minutes no towels given after making several calls pat-ethic property lots of complain

Hotel orchid is a good property in high court road nanitaal to stay in vacation. Ok

This hotel is overpriced with respect to quality of room. Not more then 2000 should be payed for this kind of hotel.

All menu item is not available. Staff is polite and helpful. Parking is available. Walking to hotel from mall road is difficult due to steep hill.

Hotel Orchid Nainital is a good kind of property. Hotel staff was very supportive. Rooms were very neat & clean with nice Restorent. Food was delicious. Overall it was good place to stay in Nainital. 👍

The location of hotel is not good. They allotted five rooms at three floors, this was uncomfortable. Bathroom were not so good. They locked all three ground floor rooms in night at 10pm from out side, because the reception was connected with rooms and reception was closed at 10pm. This was very horrible.

Good location, excellent services, very courteous and efficient staff, they go out of the way to help and make the stay a memorable one, neat and clean hotel and room, parking on-site, which is a major plus point.
