First of all nothing is present inside room. When asked for toiletries and towels they just have 1 towel and just one soap. They have written breakfast included , but they just told that we will give fixed food per person and wont give extra food if required if you are still hungry. Additionally they told we can only select single item from breakfast menu and tea is only allowed single per person. They apply their own policies not what is mentioned on make my trip and when asked they why they have not mentioned on the website they just deny and say company wrote anything and they have their own policies.

Service was Excellent but as told by you that the room will have AC, it was not so. There was neither AC nor Fan inside the room.

No parking space, room roof is at very low height and it is while we getting up from bed, there will be extra charge for room heater (as nanital is very cold)

The location link provided was incorrect, leading us to a dangerous hill. Customer support was unhelpful, failing to guide us properly. The listed amenities were misleading—air conditioning was mentioned but not available. When we requested a heater, we were charged ₹800 extra. Our booking included breakfast

The hotel location was as per the given description but the way to hotel was not good for someone travel-ling with their own vehicle. Also parking was a major issue. Hotel name was urban bliss and not super collection o, it was very difficult to find the venue which took us 45 mins just to find it. Correct hotel name wasn’t mentioned anywhere on ****dings or even on the hotel itself. We reached around 2 to the venue and the rooms were still not ready while the check in time was 12 pm. The rooms we booked were 2 classic rooms with king size bed, but we got 1 classic room and 1 small room with queen size bed. The hotel staff were quite rude when we asked about the prep and the room size. Food and sevice was okay.
