Hotel Suman Paradise

The overall experience with the hotel was good. The location of the hotel was also good, the food was homely, the service was prompt.

No space to play for children, like any type of small play space, other hotels in the neighbourhood like hotel vacay inn about 50mtr from hotel suman paradise have huge play ground, point 2, no space designed for sitting @ reception, very small, not even 10 person at a time can spend, not even terrace space to take sunlight during winters, no balcony in any room to view mountains

The stay experience was amazing. The staff and the management was great. The service overall and surrounding was peaceful.

Staff of hotel is very good and service too. Food is not good location is so so. Rooms are clean but every thing is too old like towel

The location for this hotel is unique as it avoids all traffic and congestion and seamlessly route you to your stay place as soon as you enter nainital. The hotel staff is waiting for you and welcomes you with all eagerness and respect. The stay was very pleasant as it gives you the bird eye view of the hills surrounding the nainital lake. Food and services are great as icing on the cake. Special mention to himanshu ji at the desk for his appreciable customer services.

Room size is perfect for family trip in nainital. Location is also very nice. And food was also good.

Service are good by the manager and all other staff. Promt food service. Pick up service from mall road. Very supportive. They are renovate the hotel hopefully soon property will be upgraded.

The hotel has a decent location approx 1. 5 km from mall roll and the lake. Properties on the lakeside could be noisy and congested. The stay at sumanparadise was comfortable - the property is clean and hygienic c, the service is good no t eh food is excellent.

Hotel location is ok but there was no view from standard room. Tv was not working. Hotel need improvement in housekeeping. Food was good. Staff behavior was ok. Parking capacity is also less being a 3* hotel.

Good stay, the food was awesome in taste. Parking was less in space but it was well arranged. The hotel was far from the city had to walk 4kms one side. Overall good stay !

Location was 3. 0km away from mall road & hotel located in residential area, rooms was not clean properly. Luxury room charges 5000/night & they don't provide any window view in luxury room.

Food services are very bad. Not available any kind activities for children and gym, swimming pool, sports, etc

Room is spacious and cozy, washroom was not up to the mark as the bathroom tap and sanitary fittings are proper and water clogging is there.

Food was terrible, delay in preparation, intercom was not working, geyser was not working, tv wast not recharged, room were highly over priced. Staff only gave excuse to complaint by guest. We almost slept hungry one night. What more should i say. Just dont choose this hotel. My worst hotel experience ever.
