The property was not upto the mark. No maintenance at all. Rooms are very small and barely any extra space to walk around. The service is also not upto the mark. Breakfast was also disappointing. Would suggest you to book some other place than this.

I feel the location is so good but parking is so congested, bed condition is not proper, but staff behavior is very good, all other services is very good

We had a wonderful stay at swiss cottage! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with the added bonus of food customization to suit our tastes. The staff arranged a cake on our request for anniversary celebration, making it an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Suraj, particularly was helpful and ensured our stay was seamless.

Property location is good . All service is good but room rate is too high. Staff are courteous. Breakfast range is limited Improvement needed in food item .Lift is required for 3rd floor as in hill it is a little uncomfortable. They arrange sight seeing and all with genuine rate.

Well I have faced some issues with Internet and services . I will not recommend corporate travellers to book this place. If you are looking for a leisure travel then also don’t expect high expectations as on breakfast they will take hours to serve you even if it’s a buffet. You have to tell them thrice to get an item. On the internet part WiFi was so poor that we kept on changing places to find some good internet within the premises.

Location and parking was highlight of hotel. The room did not had much space. Food was good. There was no Airconditioner in room but we did not felt need of having one in room.

Had a great and comfy stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and washrooms are good too. Pleasent room spray and soothing music was playing at hotel. Little away from mall road but that is good for me.

The property is a heritage property but well maintained in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and a wonderful staff
