Excellent rooms and very polite staff. Food is very tasty and views are amazing . Any service request that you give are taken up by management . This is my second visit here will definitely recommend to friends and family

Restaurant ervice was very slow after ordering you have to wait approx 90 min. No ac no fans in room in non veg only chicken was available & only 1 dish that too was not tasty

Location is good but facilities are not good. There is no almirah in the rooms. You have to go down three floors every time you have to go to your room. For restaurant you have to come upstairs for food. Very uncomfortable for senior citizens and small children. Food is just o. K.

Location, food, amenities - everything about this property is great. People are amazing; owner herself taking care of guests. They let you play music and enjoy on one of their open terraces. Three things they can improve: cross ventilation in rooms. We had a wonderful corner room with amazing weather outside but the room was hot inside. Food variety in breakfast was limited and it felt they were a bit understaffed. The same 2 guys handling everything from restaurant to luggage.

The scene at clarks exotica hotel in the mountains under a starry sky, accompanied by such beautiful music, is simply amazing. My family and i lodged in the two rooms with a terrace. All of the staff members are polite, modest kids from the area. The resort's manager is a courteous and intelligent woman. The cuisine tastes just like it does at home. You're getting another house in the mountains from them. Must go! the place is 25 kms from kanchi dham which has such magnetic spiritual connectivity.

If you are looking for a calm place amid-st hills then you must visit this resort. Nice room, mountains and valleys view from room. Good lawn where u can sit and feel relaxed. Amazing experience. Beautiful property. Clean rooms. Tasty food. Nice buffet spread and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended. The support staff were always there to help. Loved the nature, trees and greenery surrounding the property. Ample options for kids in the play zone too. Will definitely recommend and will visit again soon.

I stayed along with my family for 3 nights at this hotel. The stay was great. Location of hotel is awesome between valley. The approach road is little off beat. Food quality was also great. Would recommend this to all. Special mention to their staff vishal, t&g for their excellent hospitality.
