This was our first vacation since the birth of our 7-month-old, and naturally, we were nervous about taking him out of his comfort zone and set routine. However, from the moment we arrived at Naukuchia Homes, the staff made us feel completely at ease — attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to help. The Premium Room (Lake View) truly lived up to its name. Travelling with an infant yet to walk meant cleanliness and space were top priorities, and our expectations were exceeded. The room was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully designed. The separate hall area gave us enough space to create a little play zone for our baby — something that made a big difference during our stay. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. They ensured the room remained immaculate throughout, with timely and unobtrusive service that made us feel cared for without ever being disturbed. The restaurant was another highlight — delicious food every single time, paired with live musical performances by a local band whose soulful renditions were often better than the originals! The deck area, overlooking both the lake and the pool, quickly became our favourite spot to sit back as a family, soak in the sunlight, and enjoy the serene view. We also tried out the activities, including the classic boat ride on the lake — a must-do when you’re here. The spa experience was exceptional. The masseuse was sensitive and well-trained, taking extra care of my wife, who required gentle, post-natal-type attention. It was rejuvenating and deeply relaxing. Finally, the heated pool and sauna were perfect — clean, well-maintained, and a lovely way to unwind after exploring. Overall, Naukuchia Homes gave us exactly what we needed — comfort, care, and calm. It turned what could have been a stressful first trip with our little one into a wonderful, joy-filled family memory. ⭐ Highly recommended for families with infants or anyone seeking peace, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.

Had an amazing time at this property. Neat and clean specious rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Best part of the stay was food. They offered amazing super tasty regional food. The service was top class and food tasted mind blowing. Not to forget the temperature controlled swimming pool. Overall a very satisfactory stay. Please bring down the price to make this deal more sweet.

Excellent hospitality! Professionally run property, well trained staff emiting warmth and personal touch. The property is recently renovated and everything inside and out is top class. Wooden decks at multiple levels provide a clear view of the lake and valley. Food is also of great quality. The property is slightly far from Nainital but the drive is worth it.
