zero service dirty room very bad smell in room very bad food service no option in breakfast staff denying for basic thing even hotel did not gave toothpaste

It was an excellent experience at the hotel and very nice and supportive caring staff, and tasty food I really want to visit again and again. And the hotel location and view is very nice .

good hospitality, food was okay, rooms were decent and clean, very close to naukchiatal amd bhimtal,

Property is situated at main road so it was easy for us to go to nearby places ,food was good , early check in was provided at no extra cost . Staff he helpful and cooperation

-The room was fine in size but there was some stinking smell in the room although that had been tried to cover from room fresheners. -There were spider webs at many places in the room. -The pillows are very dirty from inside just cover was white. -Room service was very delayed & appropriate as the whole property was managed by only 2 people. -Towels are smelling in the room. Now recommended for any one at any point of time.

The toilet lid was broken, the curtains had visible stains, and the bedsheet was dirty. On top of that, we were charged more than the menu prices at the time of billing. Overall, it was not a very good experience. I won’t be visiting again.

nice location ,room was good peacefull enviorment . .supportive staff . .we reach early .but room was ready nd they didnt ask about time an all . .they help us to reach near by location with timings . .food was sooo gud .. .service also fast nd polite staff . .overall i like it nd recommnd this

our experience at the walnut creek was literally very excellent. The rooms were neat and clean , food quality was good ,we were unable to have breakfast at the morning but the staff packed the meal for us it was a great gesture by the hotel staff . We felt like home here our every need was take care of by the staff . Location is at the center of naukuchiatal and bhimtal lake , my advice to all other travellers is to rent a scooty from the hotel reception and you can visit all near by places through scooty . Overall it was a great experience with walnut creek .

stay was tereble. receptionist was not avaiable at the time of checkin. hotel mobile no was switched off. waited there for more than one hour for checkin. bedsheet was not washed. dirty pillow cover. . dirty bedsheet. dusty room. no house keeping staff was available for shifting the lugguage. u have to do it on ur own..the owner said that u have to shift your lugguage . no body is available. .

Very bad experience don't book this hotel because all temple was very long distance and book any ride

The location is advantageous, and walking access is available. However, the quality of the food is subpar.

The property was small and beautiful. The location is good. However, the amenities are not upto the mark. The bedsheets and towels were not clean, the staff did not change them daily, the food menu was only poha and paranthas. Only one day they made aloo poori. The taste of the breakfast was good. The property has tin sheds which makes it disturbing during rains and strong winds.

Stay was very comfortable, the place is good small boutique hotel well maintained. Staff is very attentive. Owner is very well polite and good . Overall a good stay

The cottage was good but the ambiance is not good. Nobody is picking up the phone at reception and kitchen. I used to go personally to order dinner and breakfast.
