Excellent stay.Clean Rooms Food by Chef Suresh and Hospitality by Karan were also Good. Manager at desk was also good. Location is awesome. 5 minutes walking to Adventure Park.

Room was good. Location is fine but food was not as expected. The dining area is two floors down in the basement. There is no lift facility. There is also no wash basin facility in the dining area. This was so surprising.

The bedsheets were not clean. T.V and Intercom phone were not working. The internet didn’t have good connection. The rooms were on 3rd floor and lift was not there. The only good thing was their food. However, they also took around 1.5 hours to serve.

The saty was pathetic they used a broad angle view of the room where as the room was very small... The hotel has tremendous electricity issue. None of the charging port works in the room one of my electrical gadget is not working due To this electrical issue. Stuffs are not trained.. Overall will surely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: 1. Neat and clean hotel 2. Great hospitality by management 3. Service is very smooth and behaviour of staffs was really good 4. View from hotel is mesmerising. 5. Nakuchiatal is nearby Cons: 1. Location: hotel is away from Nainital Lake, one has to always book cab for any kind of travel. And private Cab is quite costly as there is limited options 2. Food: there is no option of Non-veg food, even in that area around hotel, you will get only vegetarian options.

Beautiful stay , lovely staff, amazing food. Close to lakes and activity points. Had an amazing time. Loved it overall .

1.the room given to us not same as shown in picture after booking ...deluxe room not same as I have booked, property provided us different rooms room no was 201,202,203 not same as I have booked 2.2 days morning time water problem,small capacity geyser provided which is not sufficient for 2 people. 3.Room was good and clean... everything given to us which I have demanded. 4.Reception person was helpfull 5.breakfast also good and provided what u have demanded.

This property in Naukuchiatal is truly a gem. It boasts stunning rooftop views and an unbeatable location, just a minute's walk from a serene Hanuman Ji temple. The staff is incredibly polite and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding hospitality. The food is delicious, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here!

I visited there last week but seriously I have very wost experience very bad quality rooms and food . Giger was not working properly. They don’t have extra quilt and many more I never go like that shit.totally disappointed.

There was no electricity. Upon requesting multiple times, they turned on the generator at last. No towel or toilletries items in the room. Some of the switches were non-functional.

This hotel is situated close to Hanuman Mandir in a prime area. Bhimtal Lake and Naukluchiatal Lake were both close by. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. All of the staff members at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating during our visit. Good food was served, and guests were greeted with welcome drinks. Thank you, Mr. Deep at reception and Mr Kamal for making our stay comfortable.I would certainly consider staying here on my next visit.
