1. Accessibility & Pickup Experience • The property is situated quite far from the parking area, and there’s no well-equipped waiting room nearby—no air conditioning or shelter from the heat was available. • Despite the expectation of a Scorpio vehicle, an open jeep was sent for pickup. In peak summer, this is highly uncomfortable and should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. • While the jungle ride adds a sense of adventure, it is also bumpy and risky, making it unsuitable for some guests unless adequately informed and prepared. ⸻ 2. Room Conditions • Due to rain, water seeped in through the side window, affecting the room’s comfort and cleanliness. • Rooms 104 to 102 had a noticeable smell in the washrooms, likely due to proximity to a sewage line. We had to request housekeeping to address it, which disrupted our experience. ⸻ 3. Dining & Food Experience • The breakfast buffet was disappointing: options were limited, and many dishes were served cold. • Overall food quality was below expectations for a property listed as “Luxe” on MMT. The experience didn’t justify the premium pricing or rating. ⸻ 4. Pool Rules & Guest Experience • There was no visible rule board at the pool area. • Pool rules were being verbally communicated by the bartender, which led to confusion—some guests were allowed to sit with wet clothes on the seating, while others were stopped without clarity. • A clearly displayed set of pool rules is essential to maintain consistency and avoid discomfort for guests. ⸻ 5. Other Suggestions for Improvement • Gardening and landscaping need better upkeep in several areas of the property to enhance the ambiance and align with the premium experience promised.

Stay at Corbett Saraca was a perfect getaway from the city life. Staff with smiling faces, every one prompt to help. Rooms neat and clean with practical amenities. Great food, perfect spice levels. Amazing outdoor activities, Narayan playing the flute, and last but not least, the 15 mins drive from parking till the resort was a mini safari in itself.

A Perfect Pet-Friendly Getaway at Saraca Resort

My family and I were looking for a pet-friendly getaway and decided to take a break from the Tree of Life resorts by staying at Saraca. The drive was smooth, with only a brief hilly stretch, and the last 800 meters to the resort in their jeep was a fun, rocky adventure. It might be tough for larger dogs or the elderly, but we found it exciting. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my parents' anniversary, and the service and food were excellent. The resort even arranged a lovely cake for us. We enjoyed the Kumaoni Thali over the Jungli Thali, and while the breakfast spread was simple, the service more than made up for it. The spa had only female masseuses, so my dad and brother had to cancel their bookings, but my mom enjoyed her massage. The rooms were spacious, and the staff, especially Mansi, Chitra, Deepak, and Kaushal, were friendly and attentive. Though the heat kept us from doing the Corbett Safari, we loved the excursion to Bhuankhal for a stunning sunset. The property was green, peaceful, and not too crowded, though it was quite hot, making it better suited for those who enjoy indoor relaxation. I was worried about my dog being surrounded by other dogs, but we met only one, a friendly dog named Salt, and my dog had a great time! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Saraca for anyone seeking a relaxing, pet-friendly retreat.

The property's location is amazing. It is located inside the forest area. Loved the offroading experience provided by them to the resort property. The whole staff was super Cooperative and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Loved the jungle view from the room and pool area. We also played tambola in the evening with other guests. Off-beat luxurious resort

The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are luxurious. Although located at an off-beat location and needs a bit off roading. The resort provides services for the off roading commute, I personally found it a great experience. The spread at breakfast and dinner was decent and a few items were exceptional. They have Asian restaurant as well, and the Japanese variety was appetising. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and they offer bunch of activities like horse riding, moon gazing, etc
