A Hidden Gem in Jim Corbett – Perfect for a Peaceful Family Getaway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at this beautiful resort during our family vacation in Jim Corbett, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences. Location: The resort is nestled in a very scenic spot, just a minute’s walk from the serene Kosi River. The surroundings are peaceful, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Service: With only six cottages on the property, you can expect personalized attention—and the staff truly goes above and beyond. The service exceeded all our expectations, making us feel completely at home. Food: As a pure vegetarian, I was delighted by the food. The resort boasts one of the best cooks in the Jim Corbett region. A word of advice: stick to North Indian and authentic Pahadi dishes—they’re exceptional. Other cuisines are average in comparison. Safari Zones Accessibility: The location is perfect for safari-goers. All major zones are nearby, especially the renowned Dhikala Zone, which is just 5–6 km away. Durgadevi Zone is also around 5 km from the resort. Value for Money: During peak season, when most resorts charge ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per night, this place remains surprisingly affordable—offering great value without compromising on quality. Owner: Mr. Ansari, the owner, is one of the kindest and most accommodating hosts I’ve ever met. Soft-spoken and thoughtful, he makes sure every guest is comfortable. He stays on the premises with his family, which adds a sense of warmth and safety to the stay. Overall: A fantastic experience with everything we could ask for—beautiful location, great food, warm hospitality, and easy access to safari zones. Highly recommended!

The stay at camp river wild resort is excellent. There are 5 cottages in the property along with a beautiful restaurant. Highlighting pros and cons : Pros: 1. Large open space with gardens (good for children to play) 2. Restaurant food is tasty and served professionally 3. House keeping is fast and responds quickly 4. Allow unmarried guests 5. The cottage is big and each is a little apart ensuring privacy Cons: 1. No complimentary mineral water served (just regular water) 2. Dinner menu is restricted after 9 pm (need to inform in advance if extra items are needed)

Camp Riverwild in Mohan, Ramnagar offers a decent stay, but its management leaves much to be desired. While the property itself is fine, cleanliness issues, such as dust accumulation and malfunctioning toilets, detract from the overall experience. The staff, however, is quite welcoming and helpful. The food options are limited, but what's available is tasty. Given the winter season, the provided room heater was a much-appreciated amenity. Overall, Camp Riverwild is a suitable choice for those seeking a relaxed and laid-back vacation.

I recently went on a relaxing family vacation here, and the resort exceeded all my expectations. The stay was rejuvenating, and the natural surroundings enhanced the experience. The food was perfect for a family gathering, being both homely and delicious. The hospitality was top-notch, with Rajeev Ji, Puran Ji, and the entire staff providing excellent service and promptly addressing all our needs.

A beautiful property on the banks of river Kosi.. it’s just few steps away.. the cottages are of aesthetic beauty, spacious with big glass windows. Not to forget the staffs!! They were courteous and supportive.. Delicious food.. A surprise Anniversary cake was arranged by Mr. & Mrs. Ansari for us.. Enjoyed every bit of it... Thank you for being such a wonderful host.

The Camp River Wild Resort has a good location right in front of the river ,nice rooms with all the amenities ,but the best part was food ,it was delicious both dinner and breakfast , kudos to chefs , service was also prompt and good ,overall value for money

Our stay was with friends. The cottages were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. One of our friends had an allergic reaction, they arranged for medication swiftly

Location is very scenic , little far from Dhikhala where you have good restaurants.Food is freshly cooked and tasty. All are individual cottages which has lot of private space and places to hangout with friends.Only negative which I felt was lacking of any board games and swimming pool. you can have good time if you go with friends.

The staff was very polite. Rooms were clean with a wonderful view. Food was very homely and they serve fresh phulkas for everybody. The resort has different fruit trees making it more beautiful. Overall it was a good stay. Only con was the road leading to the stay can be a little tricky if you are driving by own car.
