The washroom was not clean enough. And there were no racks or table under the television. No hanging fixtures inside the bathroom. There was no remote for the television, the TV wasn't working and even though we called, no one came up to fix it. The food was on point, it was great. Otherwise the property is pretty.

I celebrated my son”s second birthday and property is in betwee ln the nature, have so many actitvities and each one of the staff is so cooperative and nice that it is 100, and the food dint imagined we ordered almost every cuisine and all of them is mouth watering.! Property location is awesome, mountains in front of the room and a river flowing below it.great place to stay. Food is also amazing. Amenities are nice but not good hotels. Service is very slow. Ordered water bottle and it took them more than 6 minutes even though the restaurant was in front of my room.

The premises of the location is horrible, they are charging alot for such a pathetic place. They have not mentioned tht the place eis filled with monkeys. U can walk around also due to them, go on a vacation and live in fear due to them, pool was dirty and tiles were broken. Restaurants service is horrible

Nice room with all amenities. Good tasty food. Food is costly, though. Feels like 5 star hotel prices. Got room 1 hour before our checking time that was really helpful. Property looks awesome at night. A couple of child activities are also there.

MMT Please don’t misguide people. This was a horrible experience. Why you rate this as 4 star don’t know. Poor services, third class rooms. Poor quality food and very costly. The location of the property was definitely the best. However, we are paying more than other properties only for the view. But I was very very disappointed because we were told to keep the windows shut as there were monkeys all around and unfortunately one of the monkeys entered and created a mess in out room too. My question is , when you are charging almost 13k per room per night couldn’t you have set up some thing like a mesh/ net so that we can enjoy the view without fearing for the monkeys?? We are paying just for the view right? Even the description says ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW, but where’s is the vote if everything is kept closed? The food was okay, swimming pool is neat.
