The River Edge Corbett

Service is very very poor. If you want anything from room service, they never pick call from room, so as reception and restaurant. You have to walk towards reception for any service. Worst hospitality. Never suggest anyone to stay in that property

poor , pathetic rooms , pathetic service , reception was manned by guard we asked for water it came after 4 hours , no one picks up the phone , it seems they are forced to run the resort against their wish.

I have booked two river view and they said while check in that its that room only but it had no river view.

The stay was amazing with perfect location. River was also connected with the property and hospitality was amazing.

The rooms were good. The food was also good. However, the Wi-Fi was very bad — it barely worked. At checkout, when we ordered some food and water from the hotel and had to make the payment, the bill that was given to me by the hotel had a lower total amount, but the hotel showed a higher amount. When I checked the total, I found it was ₹1100 less. Later, when I pointed it out, they admitted their mistake and said there was an error in totaling — they apologized. If I had paid according to what the hotel initially asked, they would have overcharged me. So, if you visit this hotel, be sure to carefully check your bill while making the payment at checkout.

Nice location. Excellent servce. staff is very cooperative. Rooms are spacious well maintained room.

The property’s standards are very poor. The services are very very slow and not available. The reception is not available on phone even. I will not recommend this to anyone.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at the reception. After waiting for a long time they made us walk for a long trail despite them having a cart. But wait more to it. "the room". First of all we had almost 6 hours delay check in on top of it, the room which was given to us was beyond dirty. Bed mattress had big blood stains. When we requested to change the room they denied and clearly said no to it. Really not worth the money. Property is big but maintenance is zero.

Location is good. Situated on main road and next to kosi rever. You can get good views. There are mango trees in and out of property. The negative point is food which is definitely below average. I spent 8k+ for single night and you won't expect that quality of food in this amount. Service is ok but they have less people for that. Many times you won't find person when sitting in their lawn area. Their singer in karaoke was bad.

Room was g8. Perfect river view from the room. Food was tasty and delicious. Polite staff. Pool is very good. My daughter enjoyed alot. Overall a good experience to stay there.

The stay was very pleasant. Food was nice and so were the services. Only one complaint that they gave a very dirty ice bucket but once we raised this they compensated the same. It was a pretty good experience.

Resort location is amazing which is on the bank of river kosi. Rooms are nice, bathroom is quite big. Food was good, my kids enjoyed a lot

Error in booking and no support what so ever from the hotel even though they had rooms available really bad taste after making an error in booking

Property is good with less number of rooms, 4 villas of 4 rooms each, in restaurant food options are limited but taste was good, staff is well behaved. Kosi river in backside, if you are two families just make sure you got your rooms on same villa and on same floor, hygiene is proper, over all a budget friendly and satisfied property
