Great hotel but need to work on their property maintenance

Location and food is awesome but the conditions of the rooms need to be improved. Gates have to be hard pressed to close, the washbasin was having cracks, the shower tap was broken(automatically closes when just push it to open between hot and cold water. Food quality was awesome and service was outstanding.

Terrible Stay

There no any facilities, last night dinner was not good or given by time, fan is not available in one room. In second room toilet-jet not working. Other two rooms smelled as same is front of their reception common toilets. Till now breakfast is not ready and management stated that 10 am is last time of check-out. We are four families along with children, we facing great difficulty. Please help, how we manage. Jet-toilet

Pathetic servuce by hotel, even though there was a rat in the room. No one was there to pick the guests bag, no lift in the hotel. Ac was not working in the buffet area. Overall very bad experience.

d resort is situated on d main road I.e. nainital road. My Hotel's room was vry neat & clean. overall it is good resort to stay. Food was tasty bt too costly. U've 2 pay ₹250 for hakka noodles. My only problem is wid d swimming pool. It was cleaned so I avoided.
