Car parking problem and no hot water even in 10 degree plus no shaving and toothbrush was provided

the location of my stay was nearly 20 minutes drive from mall road of nainital. breakfast provided by the hotel was not good. choices for breakfast was very limited. timing of breakfast was odd, they werw asking us to have our reakfast early as 8 am so that they can serve other guest. location is very remote and no shops nearby.

This is in prime location and value for money

Our stay was amazing. The property manager, Deep was super helpful. We faced a medical issue during our stay and needed a hot water bottle. He was super helpful to arrange that for us within 30 min and didn't ask us to pay for it. These little things make a difference. Thank you for the hospitality.

The property was not well maintained. We had to shift rooms thrice. There were spider webs in the room and an actual spider in the washroom. The washrooms were so tiny that you could barely stand inside comfortably. We also had to get the linen changed as soon as we stepped in as it did not look fresh at all. There was also a weird odour inside the rooms and the washrooms. Apart from that the parking space was very limited and we had to park one of our cars in their other property which was very cumbersome. The food however was decent but had very limited choices.

Had a great stay at The Bungalows Pine Wood, Nainital. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was well maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout. Rooms were cozy and clean, and the overall vibe was just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend for a short stay with friends or family

Location isn't the best, it isn't possible to walk to Mall Road from here. Property didn't feel worthy of the price we paid for it. Staff were polite and courteous though.

We stayed at Pinewood for 2 days (19-21May) and stay was awesome. We booked 1bhk and another single room which manager provided next to each other making it complete family stay. The breakfast was good and staff was very accommodative and helped with our all small needs.

The food was excellent. The location of the property was good but a bit far from the mall road. The manager (deep)and staff were too good and friendly but there were some issues with hot water and for that I called four to five times. Overall it was an average stay in Pinewood. Rooms are average but service was too good

An amazing stay! They provided us a delicious breakfast. Aesthetic was totally maintained and cleanliness is top notch. Thankyou for having us! Had a wonderful stay!

There was no restaurant available inside the hotel, cleaning of Rooms were not as per the standard mentioned, rooms were spacious but the cleaning is a serious concern due to the lack of staffs.

Visit was excellent and deep ji was very supporting. In-house facilities were good. Host arrange local transport for sight seeing which was within budget.

Property was nice and well maintained but the manager wasn't helpful he was too much nosey and it's not by the lake so don't get mistaken like i booked it thinking it's near naini lake

The stay was pretty luxurious and the amenities provided were very impressive. Mr. Deep was friendly and ready to help. We got the parking and the rooms were spacious.
