Loved at Swiss Hotel! Beautiful Property, Stay was Cozy, Good staff, Food was awesome and tasty, It's just near to high court, Perfect parking facility, Good space to walk around, It actually feels good and awesome! Definitely will revisit ! Dont think twice just book it and enjoy Nainital !!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Nainital and, while the property itself is quite good, the overall experience left something to be desired. The location is scenic, rooms are comfortable, and the view of the hills is truly beautiful — there’s definitely potential here. However, what disappointed us most was the attitude of the staff. Throughout our stay, it felt like their main focus was on making money rather than ensuring a pleasant guest experience. Every small request seemed to come with an extra charge or a push for an upgrade, which took away from the warmth and hospitality you usually expect in a hill station. Even basic courtesies that should come naturally in the service industry felt transactional.

The property is clean and excellent with ample parking space. The staff is also good and courteous.

Stayed with my family in July 2025, property is neat and clean. Staff are polite and supportive. Food and ambience is perfect for family stay. Property is nearby to Mall road and has their own parking space. Now, in Nanital parking is big issue and expenseive, so in case you are traveling through your own car, this is best suited for you.

The staff was extremely rude , instead of giving us an extra bed all they gave was a mattress. The AC waa not working and at 3 in the morning we had to call for a fan in the room. Also the complementary breakfast was horrible , we could eat at the restaurant. We had to step out and eat. Paid for two days for nothing. Most stressful holiday. I even called MMT support team , they were also least empathic.

Service is good rooms are excellent and property is well maintained and well care taken. Recommend to all who are looking for luxury stay

We had booked superior room. But still we got a deluxe room. As we v book a high end room i shld get one.

Hotel: it was beautiful property with very good service. Rooms were spacious. Washroom was clean. Very comfortable for families. Food: food was great. Overall it was a great experience.

They have made me stay in a pathetic room no 107 with no window or any light coming in as I have done booking from Make my trip I got a sense as they could have made me stay in good accommodation room but I was told the mmt people are made to stay in this room only most pathetic

The property is highly over priced, rooms are very small compared to the tariff we paid (13k for a night. The balcony is tiny where 2 people can barely manage to stand. Breakfast buffet is the worst, very limited options with no taste at all. The restaurant manager doesn't know how to speak to customers, there was no coffee in the buffet when we requested for a coffee. The request was put down by the restaurant manager. Please don't stay at this property, amenities you get isn't at all worth the price you pay.

The facade is beautiful and staffs are extremely polite and cooperative. Hospitality is top notch because of the people working there. But the toilet was not clean. It was not well maintained. Rooms are small and so are the toilets. Amenities given were poor and old used products were give. Unfortunately the place is definitely not worth the cost as for that price u can find much better franchises with better amenities and infrastructure that ensure comfortable and clean stay
