Me and my wife stayed at Naini Retreat for 3 nights. Right from the check in to check out the experience was amazing. This The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels is like a heaven in Nainital where everything excels. You see smiles in every person that you come across. When you call the desk for some help, it's there before you even put the intercom handset back on cradle. We were greeted by Lakshita at the reception with a broad smile and she was amazing till our check out. The rooms are amazing with all possible amenities. Mr Prihar took great care during every meal asking all guests and making sure we get best of the dishes which had lot of Garwali flavour. Mr DS Jeena, GM was everywhere from morning tea to the dinner asking each and every guest if they need anything. He even told us about local customs and traditions. Our anniversary dinner was as if we were on the 7th heaven. Thank you Mr Jeena, to you and your team. You build a great team which I have not seen anywhere. I must have visited 35 countries and across India, Naini retreat stands tall and the best amongst all. Look forward to come back to this amazing place again sometimes.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Naini retreat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was very welcoming. The food was delicious with a good variety, and I enjoyed every meal during my stay. The staff were extremely courteous, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was also perfect — close to key attractions and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Had a perfect family stay Naini retreat nestled in nature with pitchersque view of the lake paired with royal feel of colonial architecture inspired property. Food is an amazing add on delight, pick any dish and it becomes your favorite (-ve) Food pricing is a bit on higher side though.. Staff is pleasing and made a memorable stay. The free shuttle service is a cherry on the cake.. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

It’s a heritage property with bful view nd ambience,we had a great experience at the property, food, high tea spcl arrangements for the festival, born fire, live music were the best part of the property. Room were gud but they need to renovate washrooms. Staff was polite nd helpful present for everything to fulfill all needs, shuttle service was gud to reach out the local area.
