Lack of central water heating system, water through geezer is not providing more than 1 bucket of warm water. Lack of centrally controlled air conditioner to provide heating/cooling based on weather conditions. To keep room warm they provide oil heater which is also chargeable at 300-500rs. Otherwise room is decent, clean and hygienic

Dls is a small boutique hotel with a detailed attention to the rooms and restaurant. The services are extremely prompt and carefully designed as per customer needs. The staff is courteous and the food quality is exceptional. If you plan to visit Nanital with your family then it is a perfect place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful place , Also very near to lake and tiffin top. We loved our stay here. would highly recommend.
